- With a lot of help from my friends we complete the first phase of wrapping my Can Am Ryker. I used Avery Rolling Thunder color shift vinyl in gloss. This was a challenging project, applying the wrap took a great deal of patience. It turned out beautiful! We did a partial wrap and I have some vinyl left over for part two, I can't wait to show you what else I have planned for my bike!
Looks great. One tip - use plastic panel tool to pry off emblem. Use a little heat also helps. Metal screw driver leaves marks.
You guys did great job
Thank you!
It looks awesome 👏🏼
Thank you
Beautiful bike. That purple is such a fun color too. Looking forward to what you do with the fairing too. So much space offers a plethora of really cool options. Glad that I subscribed your channel too. You and Beth of Ryker Rydes are both do it yourself owners with inspiring ideas. Looking forward to seeing more.
Thank you! I am also a fan of Ryker Rides, I love her channel. I am still working on plans for that fairing, should be fun
You guy’s did an amazing job, that wrap is beautiful

Really a great job and it looks most cool.
Thanks Old Man Jim!
Beautiful Job. I will be doing this exclusively for Rykers in a couple of months. Amazing job.

Thank you!
Beautiful color and professional looking install.
Thank you
you lady did i wonderful job way to go im thinking about doin it myself
Thank you!
Your friends did an amazing job! I'm installing a Ron Baja sway bar kit in the next couple days.
I will be interested to know how difficult the process is and what you think of it when riding.
@@BykerDog I started on the sway bar today. So far the biggest pain is to cut the old sway bar. Next serious time consumer are four bolts that hold the sway bar in place. So far about 2 hours of wrenching and cutting. I will up date you when I'm done. Had to go to work. Take care
Thank you.
@@BykerDog I installed the Spyder Extras Sway Bar End Links. These were from Sling Mod. They tighted up the Ryker and strait as an arrow 80 mph. The thing I didn't like was taking slow turns. I felt it was much harder to push on the bars and my wrist were feeling the strain. I put 1000 miles on the end links and decided to go with the whole Ron Baja kit. The end links were amazing at high speed, big sweep cornering and I thought took away the bumps. Too much effort on the tight corners and round abouts.
Thank you! I was considering putting on the end links. I do a lot of city riding commuting to work. Might put off the end links now. I really appreciate the info!
Looks good I wrapped my Ryker last year it was a pain 👍
Did you use a kit or buy it by the sheet like we did?
@@BykerDog I brought the kit but used extra pieces on other parts
Cool
@@BykerDog if you interested I just launched a podcast for Ryker owners. It's on my youtube channel and spotify. Would love to have you on a a guest email rollingon3wheels@gmail.com
I think I bought one yard, and it was 50 inches wide
The wrap looks great. Can I ask about the Fairing and Handlebars? Can you give me a link for both. I really like those. Again, great job on the wrap.
Thanks! Links for the fairing setup:

@@BykerDog thank you. Looking to get this setup.
I absolutely love the fairing setup! I did buy all three windshields that fit the fairing but the one I use all the time is the short one. I am getting ready to customize the interior of it. Once I have all the parts I need I will do a new video.
@@BykerDog can’t wait to see it
Awesome job and I love the color change. I noticed you fairing with the windshield and mirrors, where did you get that? I love it
Thanks! All the links for the fairing and windshields are in the description of this video: czcams.com/video/lHt4bbzNodk/video.html
I love the color shift. How is the vinyl holding up? I'm thinking about putting some vinyl on mine but wondering how it sticks to the textured plasticd.
It still looks fantastic!
I love the color and where you placed the wrap.
Thank you!
Can you post were you got your vinyl please?
Thank You.
GREAT job.
WHERE is part 2 please? I Cannot find it.
I am curious WHAT you did about the Can - am 'Logo's' you removed???

I am still working on the logo buttons. Project was put on hold. I have a few more projects planned for my Ryket later this fall.
@@BykerDog
Thank you very much.
- Can I assume the Can am logo's are just 'stuck/glued' on? (No fixings/fasteners)
Thanks again.
All the Very Best.
Regards.
Yes they are just glued on. They come off easy.
@@BykerDog
THANK YOU, now I know!!! I will do the same.
Very Much APPRECIATED.
Thank you again.
I have a 2020 can-am ryker 900. Where did you get the left side saddlebag and trunk?
I ordered it from Slingmods, it's a three piece luggage set. It's pricey but I love it. The saddle bags and the trunk have lights too! Lots more visibility at night.
@@BykerDog I just ordered mine today. Where did you get the fairing and windshield?
Where did you get the windshield and fairing from

Yes I had to change the handlebars. It was a pretty easy swap.
@@BykerDog thank you and what handlebars did you us
I put the link for the one I ordered in the video description
I like the handlebar with mirror where can I purchase that setup?
I have all the links in the description of the video about the fairing: czcams.com/video/lHt4bbzNodk/video.html
Nice job on the wrap! Did you have to change out your handle bars for the fairing?
@@ladykey8888 thanks actually that’s paint on my bike. I primed it and then spray the bike, turn out real nice
Yes I had to get a different handlebar but that was a really easy swap.
Hahaha
