Best Off-road Trail Near San Diego | Valley Of The Moon

If you're in southern California and want an awesome trail to do, look no further. We found the best trail right outside of San Diego. Valley Of The Moon Trail was a blast in the Bronco. There were plenty of steep hill climbs, beautiful views, and amazing rock formations. Hope you enjoy. Cheers!

Its significantly harder. I wouldn't try it solo and a rear locker is highly recommend.

I think so. As long as you have a bit of clearance you should be good. I don’t think I used lockers at all.

Yeah you can do it. If you look up Valley of the Moon old hwy 80 it should take you to the trailhead
