After the G though, shouldn't it be an E7, perhaps with an Ab bass? It's the way I've been playing it, though I can't say 100% whether or not it's the way DM did it. Great tutorials!

Hey I see this is a reasonable old video but just wondered..for an absolute newbie is there any chance you can tell me your strumming pattern of down and up strokes as in 'D,D,D, U'...I find it impossible to see this when watching the vid

maybe my ears are off but I think it sounds a little more accurate with a D minor instead of F for the main verse.
