As that may be true, the Oakland County Sheriff reported that the suspect was actually from Rochester Hills & stole the vehicle from Red Oaks water park in Madison Heights. That’s why Oakland County deputies were involved.

Condolences to his family and the entire sheriff and police departments. Legislative laws needs to updated to fit these crimes. Judges need to stop smack first time offenders on hand just because the parent (s) & prosecutor have worked out a deal. Some crimes no mattter what should be automatic prison time. The offender must do half of his time before parole will be consider or pardon.
