The look of smug disdain on Archer's face after he literally incinerates Dolim; as if to say "That's what you get, bitch," is one of my favorite moments in all of Star Trek.

Or that one time during the Augment Crisis in Season 4 episode 6 "The Augments", when Captain Archer killed the Evil Human Augment Malik (who beamed aboard the Enterprise NX-01 after the said Enterprise NX-01 successfully defeated him and his captured Klingon Bird of Prey from destroying a innocent Klingon Colony) from behind by shooting a massive hole right through his chest with a MACO Particle Rifle in order to save Dr. Arik Soong from being killed by by treacherous Malik, who thought Arik Soong betrayed him.
people liked the show. Those at the network and certain critics weren't exactly fond of it. If only they let Enterprise get its season 5 we would have had Shran as a regular plus diving into the Earth/Romulan War but alas
I like the little detail that while the Reptilian is initially much stronger than Archer, he has next to no stamina, which is a real-life drawback of cold-blooded animals. Archer just had to stay alive long enough for him to tire himself out and get sluggish.
Such a missed opportunity. I wish Archer had pushed the button with his middle finger instead. Sure the alien probably wouldn't have understood the significance, but it would have been savage nonetheless.
Agreed. But, I still think that such a weapon should have had an explosion that would've been far more massive. Massive enough to cause a disturbance in our upper atmosphere.

Heroic yes. Stupid because Reed would have been much better choice for this to be left behind because of his knowledge of the devices / explosives being used and his tactical and physical skill? Also yes.
Clearly, Degra failed to consult the Peter Anspach “Evil Overlord” list which clearly states that no fortress or superweapon should be designed with the glaring flaws that make their destruction easy at the last second (and if such flaws are discovered later, said superweapons should be immediately melted down and made into commemorative coins for everyone involved).
What I find it strange is that after Xindi attacks Earth, why didn't they start R&D stronger ground-based weapons? They have a strong advantage of using enormous amounts of energy to power a powerful phasers. Also, why not arm several civilian ships and construct small military spacecrafts?
Because supplies of Kemocite were always limited, and the substance was also required for other fields such as medicine and research, probably life support systems as well, and so on.

From what I hear, two endings were shot and exist. If CBS cancelled ENT after this episode then the alternate shot was to be used to close the series.@@mattboesch8907
A real badass moment for Archer. However, I feel it would've been better to end this with the sequence from "Storm Front, Part II" in which Daniels shows Archer the timeline resetting itself/the Temporal Cold War ending with the destruction of the weapon and the spheres and saying goodbye instead of starting that Space-Nazi story in alternate WWII and also start season 4 with the story of "Home" and then proceed with the Augments trilogy.

I liked the "Welcome to the bridge" Captain Janeway gives to the Vidiians who took over the duplicate of Voyager before the ship self destructs.
That's got to be one of the most brutal deaths a Star Trek captain has ever inflicted.

The weapon was that close to earth and no other ships from earth or vulcan tried to stop it?
