- Michelin Star Chef Wallace shows me how to make some super easy high protein meals that are budget friendly and great for bodybuilding meal prep!

CHICKEN AND SHRIMP FRIED RICE
Serves 4
Ingredients
4 oz Chicken Breast, thinly sliced
12 Medium Shrimp, Shell off and cleaned
4 Eggs, beaten
1 oz Ginger, finely chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
4 cups Day Old White Rice, cooked
2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
Salt to taste
2 Green Onions, finely chopped
Optional: additional soy sauce for marinating the chicken
Instructions
1. Marinate your chicken and shrimp with some salt
or brining it
2. In a large non stick pan, add oil/cooking spray
and over medium high heat sear your chicken for
30-45 seconds on each side to get golden and
then remove
3. Repeat the process with the shrimp
4. In the same large non stick pan over high, add
oil/cooking spray and cook your scrambled eggs
for 30-45 seconds and then remove
5. In the same large non stick pan over medium high
heat, add oil/cooking spray and add your ginger
and garlic. Cook stirring constantly until fragrant
6. Turn the heat to high and dd in your cooked rice
and using the spatula, saute the rice while
breaking it up stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes
until the rice is all loose and is warm
7. Add in your chicken, shrimp and egg along with
the dark and light soy sauce and green onions.
Toss everything to combine and cook for
additional 1-2 minutes
8. Adjust seasoning with salt.
GRILLED PINEAPPLE WITH GREEK YOGURT AND
TOASTED COCONUT
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 Medium sized Pineapple, sliced to grill then
chopped
2 cups Unsweeteend Non Fat Greek Yogurt
3/4 cup Honey
1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
Juice of 1 Lime
Salt to taste
Toasted Coconut
Instructions
1. In a microwave safe bowl, mix the honey and
cinnamon and heat until warm
2. Toss the pineapple into the honey and then place
on a oiled grill over medium high heat. Reserve
the excess honey
3. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden
brown and remove
4. Cut the pineapple into chunks and add back to
the honey mixture along with the juice of 1 lime
5. In a tall glass spoon a layer of the grilled
pineapple followed by the yogurt and then repeat
with one more layer of pineapple and greek
yogurt
6. Sprinkle it with toasted coconut and serve!

3 months ago i was told by the doctor i needed to change my life around now or i would be dead in a year. My cholesterol was 3x the max plus i had extremely high blood pressure. I also smoked 2 packs a day.
That day i quit smoking, and signed up to a gym. 3 months later i have lost 70LB and your videos are the motivation i used to keep me going. I still have another 70lb to go but I'm on my way.
the first month was hell for me, i thought of food as the enemy and averaged 1000 calories a day if lucky. since then you showed me food is not the enemy. and i cannot thank you enough for that.
My kids, wife and family will have me for many years to come.

Hey Will, I started working out little over 2 months ago. I used to be 264 lbs, and not the good kind. I'm currently at 235 and going strong. Due to a small surgery I had 3 weeks ago I couldn't work out/work/do any physical activity for a week. Think I watched over 80 of your videos in that week and came back more motivated than ever. I think the best advice was to increase your daily stepcount. Currently sitting at an average of 14000ish for last week.
Anyways, just wanted to thank you for the entertainment and the life hanging tips. Cheers man. :)

Exactly what ive been looking for! Just got into fitness, been using your beginner workout and video advice (btw please make a follow up video!) and have been having trouble getting protein in. This is very helpful!
i eat way too much protein so from my experience just get more meats in and make protein based meals or snacks greg doucette has anabolic protein popcorn that is amazing and and ice cream too
@@giannadelvecchio1991 nice! Im vegatarian, so alot of protein sources arent avaliable to me. I usually end up like 30g off my 160g target so yeah. I use whey once a day but am trying not to go over that for financial reasons. Beyond that its mostly eggs, mushrooms and peanut butter.
@@TemphinFD u can try skyr, low fat quark, low fat mozarella and so on :) mix the low fat quark with the protein powder of your choice and some fruits for vitamins is a great snack in between and ALOT of protein :)
