The green lizard meanwhile was trying to climb a ledge of 0.1 meters of height and stumble everytime it tried to get over it.
One time pink lizard got me and it proceeded to wiggle on a pole until rain came. I have no idea what it was doing.

I’ll have you know that this video confused me enough for me to search for context, consequently find Rain World, buy the game and it’s DLC, speed my way through most of survivor, and end up with me enjoying the game enough so far that it is now among my favorites, all in the span of the 7 days since this video’s release.

The file used in the video above is called "slug-lead", apparently.
So, a purely artistic choice for the music now determines how many are imagining the sound of slugcats.
It's very much not actually cannon, the file is just called "TH_SU - LEAD" (could you imagine actually checking? Wouldn't be certain people) and it's never specified to be a slugcat by anyone but it'd be funny if it was cannon and that's good enough for me.
I believe slugcats are purposed organisms that served as a particularly effective alarm clock that would scream and runaway from you until you catch it that also explains how they are mildly resistant to blunt force trauma

I found this video because I was on your channel for the Warriors and HK content. I was confused, but eventually decided to look it up, found out my computer can’t run Rain World (Macintosh...), settled for a lore video instead, and before I knew it I had been completely and utterly pipelined. this video was (somehow) my first step into the universe of rain world. don't ask me why i decided to click on it when i saw it in my recommended videos, or why i decided to look further into what this game was after watching this, but i did.
ive since done multiple playthroughs of the game, read a lot about the lore, and of course browsed a lot of rain world memes
