Kanami is no typical shredder as Miyako, but more about what happens through the song, a true riffmaster. Just like her metal counterpart she started with piano from early on, which they use in their composing.

I heard them say that Saiki the lead singers outfit is based on a traditional Spanish maid outfit and MISA the bass player has a Chinese influenced maid outfit. Neither of them were keen on the frilly outfits. (Saiki wasn't even told about the outfits when she joined the band. They told her the day before their first gig)!

They are so good at making the Japanese language so attractive. Their musical ability is off the scale -bass, drums and lead guitar are all classically trained pianists - lead guitar and composer Kamani is without ego and composes to include all band members. She also considers her solos important in creating emotions within the song. This is rock to a whole new level. Blessings upon them.

I know you are a lead singer and focus on that. Miku Kobato the rythm guitar player and second singer is a lead singer in her own right. She founded the Band. Is the principal lyricist. Was going to be the lead singer and decided that they needed a vocalist who was more suited for hard rock. Miku is the off stage face and personality of the band and is the business brain. She sings several band maid songs. She also has a solo project band called Kluppo. Peace and Love is the first single. All members of this band bring something special to it. All contribute. All love each other. There is no ego. As great as they are as individuals together they form Mega Maid! That's why they're one of the greatest rock bands ever! Rock on!🤘

BAND MAID's catalog is DEEP. Their blend of technicality and pop sensibility is really unmatched because the do it with such consistency its crazy. whats even crazier is they really had to fight their label early in their career to be able to write their own music. what followed tho was 4 legendary albums (Just Bring It, World Domination, Conqueror, and Unseen World) along with a bunch of awesome stand alone singles and b-sides. AAAND speaking of b-sides, Sense has 2 and I highly suggest checking them both out. They are Hibana and Corallium.

What's even more crazy about Kanami's solo is what Akane is doing on the drums. Normally for a solo the drummer gets out of the way rhythmically to let the guitar, or bass or keyboards shine. Not Akane. What she is doing on the drums is paramount to a solo in itself but she executes it so well and tastefully that Kanami is still the dominant musical line.

While it sounds like a good idea those pairings you suggest will not happen for more reasons than l can count. Band-Maid is signed to Live Nation and that means in the US and many other places Band-Maid will only play at Live Nation sanctioned events outside of Japan's national borders. So the currently defunct Lovebites (my second favorite band from Japan) or the currently defunct Babymetal would have to sign with Live Nation to appear. Secondly, Band-Maid is the show. It typically lasts two hours. Few established bands would want to preceed the "main event" and Band-Maid would hardly want anyone to follow them. You might see something like Herman Li step on stage to do a song or two with them but even that is not too likely. And, trust me, l have seen these ladies up close and they are a complete show unto themselves. Happy new year. May we all enjoy a much better '22 than we did in '21. Sacramento loves Band-Maid.

In 2019 BABYMETAL and BANDMAID both signed with Live Nation. I think I remember both for 1 year. I hope BANDMAID doesn't use them again. Live Nation didn't do them justice. BABYMETAL did 20 cities. BANDMAID did 3. Same as the year before. In Chicago, BABYMETAL played for 5,000 at the Aregon Ballroom. That venue sells itself. They could sell 2,000 tickets to 2 garage bands. BANDMAID could have played there. I actually suspect that Live Nation kept BANDMAID from competing with BABYMETAL that year. Live Nation is unscrupulous.

It amounted to a horrible runny nose but never got into my lungs. The people here getting hospitalized are the unvaccinated. With a half a million exposed per day here and the vaccination rate at 69% the officials say there will be no one left to get sick. ie herd immunity. Where countries have low vaccination rates herd immunity will take much longer. This is why my confidence is high. I truly hope they come your way asap. Have a prosperous new year.

I love and share your enthusiasm for Band Maid (and Lovebites!) but a joint tour is very unlikely. It takes a year and enormous amounts of hassle for a foreign band to get the visas and other legal crap taken care of, so if a band does not already have a lot of that in process and dates set, 2022 is not realistic. The U.S. and China are by far the most difficult markets for foreign artists of all kinds, because of frankly protectionist rules and regulations. Most US promoters won't touch foreign bands because it's such a headache. This is one reason fans of foreign bands have largely depended on social media to spread the word. And channels like yours! Keep up the great work!

    I'm sorry, it's a long sentence.
Over the last 10 to 20 years, the number of young people enjoying rock and metal music has plummeted around the world.
However, I think that the number of people who love these music is increasing in Japan. (In particular, the power of women who are active in the world of rocks and metals is attracting attention.) What is the cause of the difference between what is happening in Europe and the United States and what is happening in Japan? .. I think ...
In Europe and America, rock and metal music may have created a closed world.
"Rock must be music like ****." "People who play metal should do it in a style like ****." As a result, tattoos, piercings, black Clothes, menacing voices, hysterical screams, aggressive performances, and intolerance to other genres of music have been established.
(These styles aren't bad, the problem is that they look like symbols that deny other free styles.)
I don't think modern young people like that kind of closed-style music.
In Japan, it is recognized that "rock and metal music is free music". In other words, rock and metal are perceived as the kind of music that you are free to enjoy your favorite sounds in your favorite style. (I think this is the origin of the original rock music ....)
Therefore, I think JAPAN ROCK is characterized by a generous style that wraps around POP, R & B, and even classical music.
It seems that Japanese bands such as WAGAKKIBAND / BABYMETAL / BAND-MAID / LOVEBITES / Unlucky-Morpheus / ONE-OK-ROCK are blowing such a wind.
A flame that broke out in Liverpool about 50 years ago ignited all over the world. Why did the flame occur? .. I think we need to think about the reason.
"From Japan" (This is a sentence using a translation app. I hope it conveys the intention correctly).

Please change video title to “BAND-MAID- Blooming reaction” or something similar, instead of just “December 31, 2021”.
    Great reaction nonetheless 👍

The drummers for LOVEBITES and BAND-MAID have hung out together a few times, but I don't know how much say Japanese bands have in who they tour with.

Saiki's outfits stay the same or quite a while. You can time frame a song by her dress. This shorter one is prior to 2020. 2020 to present she has the longer dress. If you watch Akane and if she has a little hat on you know it's prior to 2019. MISA went to the Full length dress in 2020 also and still wears it, but prior to it her dress too was shorter and she had the fancy print hose too. In fact MISA , Saiki and Kanami's outfits lengthened in 2020 and I noticed it when they released the "Domination" LIVE FEB 2020 Shibuya video, which is a great one to react to for a LIVE watch.

The problem with Band-Maid sharing the stage in a two man is that they normally play two plus hours. And when it's over, you still want more. (Maybe not your body but your mind will). And if they only played one hour with another group -- although LoveBites would be awesome -- nothing less than two hours would be too short for either band. You'll love the single Band-Maid 24+ song performance, Anastasia -- 3 times!

Someone might told you that this song was used in a Netflix series named "KATE" already. Then you should check out the another song named " Chosse Me" next. It was also used in the same series too.
And both scenes was really cool that you have to check out next.

Miku, vocalist/rhythm guitar, sings almost as much as Saiki whether it’s a higher harmony or lower harmony. Their voices are such a wonderful match that sometimes you’d think it’s one voice before realizing it’s both of them. The only other Rock vocal duo that good for me was Alice In Chains’ Layne Staley and Jerry Cantrell.💪🏻🤘🏻

Live? "Domination" or "Real Existence" live are both great. I'd avoid the fan-shot live stuff at first.

I believe it's not so much when people think Saiki is rapping but that she is singing in her native tongue and I would be hard pressed to see a foreign singer fit their language, syllables and accent to a fast rhythm that she's doing that you will see in many of they're songs all the time! Friendly thought...peace be with you.

I find the music videos a bit distracting. These ladies are so good that I prefer the official live videos that show them being them.
Try "Play", "Dice", "Onset" etc. they are all good.
