The Unexplored Mojave: Outside of The Fort

Welcome back to The Unexplored Mojave, a series in which we explore locations in Fallout New Vegas that might be overlooked during a normal play through. We will try to uncover the stories and purpose of such locations. In this episode we are continuing to use the glitch to get outside the map and checking out the area outside The Fort. This includes a legion camp, the eastern part of Hoover Dam, and Legate's Camp. The goal was to get to Legate's Camp early!!

4:05 those are the Nevada and Arizona spillways respectively. way higher in game than irl but still nice detail

2:50 Something very similar happens at the canyon wreckage pass that leads to Lonesone Road if you approach it from outside the map. I wonder how many spots there are like that on the map?

Not really an unexplored area but does that mean you get to the long 15 and dry wells using the out of bounds areas since they’re locations on the map marker, even without the gate and boat to be able to get to either place?

No, I cannot reach Dry Wells. However, Chungus666 found an interesting glitch around that area were the game will load you into the pass.
