I have many hours in new vegas and I don't think I have ever seen that bar area on the lower floors. I love your work! It's great to still see new vegas content. I find the casino a nightmare to traverse.

In order to do Joanna;s side quest, you have to talk to her before taking down the old guard because she has additional dirt on Chincamo.
