He was cold and distant in the beginning, i didn't recognize him. But after I did no contact he came back and started saying that he missed me. He did talk to other girls during our break but i suppose he just felt the grass is greener syndrome and later realised it wasn't all that fun to talk to others :/ Good luck!

Delete them from your life, itâs a show of taking back power, DO NOT let them mistreat you and disrespect you. Itâs good that you fought for them, but there is a time where you need to stop,
I know itâs difficult and feels like itâs permanent by deleting them, mutual friends or friend but it isnât.
focus on yourself, heal from the pain and be a better person, they are just masking their own pain they havenât faced. It doesnât set in that you are gone, until you actually decide to disconnect, no visibility. Theyâll get over the high of being single or whatever they are trying to do.
Keep making videos, it helps many people with their self development, I can attest to that :)

I had chances....i know that and she told me "give me sometime, i love your letters...i'm so confused.....let's see each other in a few months...focus on you" right after the breakup but then I messed up by sending drunk messages and video at 6am one day...since that day, things have turned south very quickly....now she is seeing somebody else.

ok I really hope you read this I think its a really good topic. My ex (She) was an introvert person with many friends, but never had close friends (either boy or girl friends). I was her best friend and our relationship revolved around it. Even after breaking up she was caring and loving until she found a group of really close friends to hang out. Now she has many best friends and her social life is thriving. She has admitted to me how happy and fulfilled she is now. Is it time to let it go? She says she is not looking for any type of relationship right now not with me nor with anyone because she is too happy experiencing friendships for the first time.

Wow after listening to this content I've regained the confidence that (someday) I will have the opportunity to win her back all over again despite her and, I haven't been in contact in over two months. What is your best advice for someone who went through a breakup where after the breakup there was several conversations for about a month and a half. In those conversations there was so much back and forth in her own mind about whether or not she wanted to fix it, then she just went silent.
Well.. i tried whatsapp broadcast to see if he deleted my number and he has! Once your number is deleted and he blocks your number from calling.. he is gone. He does not care anymore
They were over you long before they left you. Now you have to do the work on yourself to attract them back.

False. My girlfriend's ex bf would contact her repeatedly over the period Of 2 years claiming he wanted her back and that he missed her but she knew that he never loved her genuinely. He treated her very badly during the relationship for 2 years. It just means they don't have any other options so they want them back. Its pride and anxiety, not love.

The truth is, I think he never loved me like I love him. I migth be wrong but he never really put much effort in the relationship, and it's so hard to believe that you can love someone so much without them loving you back.

I love your videos, and you give great advice, but in my opinion a lot of this works best when your spouse has the same morals as you. My stbx wife was definitely giving signals wed have a chance several times, but was seeing a guy on the side, and lying to my face about it. She tried to come back a few times when I was done. I personally dont want to share my wife.

2 days of no break the chain about checking. Come back now from a Wedding it 3 am and i had a lot of compliments, i felt pretty much fine. Thanks a lot for this video. Honestly i neven thought about ex's reaction. Blocking someone is a reaction in theory seems also a "good" watching this video making worse the fact that if you are up-online exes don't give a fuck. Better be blocked at this point lol. I do my best, but there is always the hope and i also want an healthy relationship so.. i will keep doing healthy things and keep meditating. my ex contacted me after a week of no contact. i honestly feel at peace and better. weâve been through other breakups and so this one that i initiated was like for my own peace. he contacted me and told me he doesnât want animosity and he doesnât want to see or hear me with another guy and that he doesnât want to cut me off because i was a good impact on his life ( i tried to end things in good terms but he wanted nothing like that and was being a dick ) i replied â thatâs all i wantedâ . Because i broke up with him, i decided to reply. iâm at a good place but eventually i would want to look into fix things. shouldâve i not replied?? he didnât respond back so that made me upset because now heâs in my mind.
He hurt me deeply and I broke up with him. It was not a nasty break up, and am not sure I did the right thing
I asked my wife if we would still be together if it were not for my temper. She said yes. But she is done now. Says she fell out of love with me. 17 year marriage is coming to an end. I asked her if she really ever loved me and she said yes. She did say maybe someday she would consider giving me another chance. She also said if her feelings for me ever change, she won't be afraid to tell me.

I love your content so Iâd really appreciate some advice! My ex moved to California recently and told me she doesnât want to do long distance and she has to focus on her career. I think she just doesnât feel Iâm capable of only seeing each other maybe once a week and doesnât want to feel guilty when she isnât able to give her attention. I also have looked at other women and she noticed, which doesnât model commitment. This probably makes her feel that when she wonât be able to give me that attention, Iâll be looking for it elsewhere. This is a concern she expressed to me before as well, so I feel Iâm correct in this assumption. Iâm moving to California soon to finish school and work on family and friend relationships. Do you think we could make it work? For context on time, the breakup happened a week ago and Iâm moving to California in a week (received a call that my grandma is dying so Iâm not moving because of my ex).

My relationship is so complex. My ex is mad because I stupidly rebounded and now he has a rebound girlfriend as well. We started talking again after the breakup and I kinda pushed too hard and it kinda hurt what we were doing. I canât stop thinking about him. Iâm thinking he still has feelings for me because heâs upset I rebounded with my sons father. We went to talk the other day but he made it seem like he was still angry with what I did. I feel terrible and all I can think about is him. Our relationship has been turbulent at best, there was some emotional abuse from his end because of his alcohol use but when he wasnât drinking he was an amazing man. He thinks part of the reason I had disconnected in some ways emotionally is when he started to has financial issues, which was never the case. I am just struggling so hard to start no contact. Me and my ex were in a short term relationship. We dating and talked for hours literally every night to like 1am. He moved us from friends to dating exclusive abd then and to be together. He also knew i wanted and felt the same. One day SHORTLY after we became official he broke it off and said he is not ready hes sorry he thought he was. He is currently separated from a wife of 12 years and suppose to get a divorce. He has all the children and is working to get back on his feet. Long story short..... We started back dating a couple days later after the break up as FRIENDS. We started to clash over anything and he would break up with me every week if not twice a week. Im back on fb and surprisingly he didnt block me as he did every other way but he will not talk to me. This whole relationship was only 7 months.... But we got along better than any man ive met in years! I did make the begging mistake and he still kept saying goodbye!!! Is it all over??

We have been seperated about 4 months. He was reaching out until July 3 and after that he has not reached out. Last time we saw each other we were with his daughter. So Iâve been talking to my ex and heâs responsive, I asked him about pots and pans bc he intended to buy them for my birthday when we dated, so I asked what he had planned on buying so I could get them. He told me the type, Teflon coated, and mentioned that he had intended to get pastel violet ones (my favorite color, which when we broke up I told him bc he thought it was pink the whole relationship).
