Thanks for the comment. Yes a lot of trainers and Runners talk some sh!te on this platform. I try to keep it as simple and easy as possible. I'm posting a more advanced hip Mobility Routine this week.
Thanks for the video Neil, Hips are always something that need working on, they can get tight so easily đ I'll definitely incorporate some of these stretches into my routine đ§ââ

Seems like a very comprehensive routine there mate. Would you suggest warming up before tackling this?
A warm up would be good but I often just do it from work without any warm up. The most important thing is to get it done. So often people put off the ancillary work until they warm up or wait till the right moment. I live my life like Miloko "the time is now."
