Hi I have been looking at all the different makes and models of Laser Engravers for a small Hobby Industry I am working on. Thanks for your video as I think it has convinced me that the A5M40 is the model that will best meet my requirements. Another plus is the fact that my wife is into what they call Scrapbooking, which is basically a fancy photo album with borders and profiles around the pictures. I believe that she will also benefit from the purchase of this unit which may save some grief in relation to hobby spending. Looking forward to any further tips and also hope that you share any programming shortcuts or hic cups that you run into.

We recently purchased an Atomstack A5 M30. The goal was to be able to put names on the metal plates that go on trophies. I have been searching for possible settings for this. At the moment, we have Lightburn software. We tried GRBL but couldnt figure out how to get names on the screen. Any ideas where we could find either tutorials on engraving on metals, or help with possible settings so that you can actually see the engravings on a metal plate?

How much success have you had with engraving on stainless steel?
I enjoyed the video. I assembled my laser engraver but haven't used it yet. Your comment that the laser doesn't go low enough and you need to put a book or support under the project is not correct. The plate that you slide the laser onto can be unscrewed and lowered so the book (or chessboard) underneath is not required.

would it be possible for anyone to just point me in the right direction on how to get started on making a mp3 player
