Pre-Josh, a “cheese cheeseburger” would have just been a stack of cheese. “Cheese as the bun, cheese as the lettuce, cheese as the patty” etc. Josh’s existence is a blessing.
It's just a whole lot of extra work for nothing though. Cheese doesn't really "infuse" into anything unless it was cream cheese, and even then it's not like the flavor profile would change. It would still just be a burger with cheese(s) on it.

This is exactly why this show has been completely rui,ned. Go watch the old Will It’s and compare. Not only did they feel more genuine, but also anyone watching those would be able to actually recreate most of the stu,pid (but genuinely hilarious) stuff they used to come up with. Now it’s all fancy "infused" and imported stuff that nobody can recreate or even relate to. It’s all pre-planned and pre-tested "fancy" food now that takes too much effort and they try so hard to make it so the food will be liked. It’s so un-genuine anymore. Josh has completely rui,ned this entire series.
