Lunch in the Forest ~ Cooked over the Coals

With only a few short hours of time off, I had just enough time to pack a bag and get into the woods to cook a lunch over the coals. Fried pork chop with onions, garlic, and mushrooms in the middle of a quiet forest was exactly what I needed to decompress!
