Nightmare Repaired Just In Time | End of Lease Makeover

- The tenant who lives at this property needed an end of lease cleanup done to satisfying the real estate agent's inspection and get their bond back. The brief was to do a “tidy” up and make the side area as nice as possible. This was always going to be a difficult task because of the overgrown viney type plants (not sure what they are called). We did our best, and the customer was happy with the result in the end. This job took around 3 hours to complete, and we took out around 1 trailer load of green waste.

A: Tarps are too difficult to move through small spaces and lift into the trailer. The same for wheelbarrows, they are only good for unloading the trailer!
Q: Why are the hot water cylinders outside?
A: I'm not really sure to be honest, maybe something to do with space & maintenance, but either way, it really is poor heat efficiency!
Q: Why are you cutting so close to your employee!
A: I'm not cutting too close to my workers, they are standing too close to where I am working! All of my workers have been told numerous times about standing too close to the tools and about the hazards involved!
Q: Why do your workers do all the lifting and carrying?
A: Basically, they are employed to carry things and I pay them well to do the job required.
Q: You work so well together, how do you do it?
A: That's the magic of editing. My workers are basically given instructions on what to do, I just edit it all out, so the videos look seamless! - Zábava

This property has the most awkwardly placed bricks, rocks and pavers I have ever seen. No rhyme or reason. So strange! And that carpet of kiuku grass runners was nuts!!! Well done George and Brent! You provided a fantastic end result!
It went from a sad, gloomy, neglected garden to a beautiful, romantic garden. Such a precious place.
The Dolphin even seemed to be happy for cleaning the brush away.

That comment was fabulous! Dad would get fresh gravel for the driveway and go over til perfection. If it rained later he'd give me a metal tined rake to go rake the fine sand (tiny pebbles) back into place! You brought me back a good memory of my dad! GOD BLESS YOU!❤

The viney ground cover looks to be a form of Vinca and o.k. to shear back with a hedge trimmer or even mower, 6 inches to 12 inches for the larger-leaved type....but you ran into a catastrophe level. I'm glad the renter arranged for a cleanup, because of the backlog level. You are doing Archeology today, with refinding beds, walkway, concrete not even visible, etc.
This was more of a Tidy up this was a WOW!!! ❤❤They had all sorts of different thing's in that yard. They called the right people for the job. Another garden in your rearview mirror. On to the next!!!🚜😎

That creeper/vine stuff, at least down in the corner later in the video, is what we here in Canberra call periwinkle. It's in almost every older garden and can NOT be got rid of! Comes through the fences and takes over corners and fencelines...has a pretty purple flower but that's about the best you can say about it.
Well I just sat down with my coffee and there you were. I like this one, a pretty place, it turned out really nice. On to the next one.

What a beautiful garden at one time. When I was a renter, I always took care of my outdoor space. Not everyone can be bothered. They feel it’s up to the landlord. I’m not going to judge this situation. It was just fun to watch you guys work your magic.
