When you entered the secret passage behind the creepy eye painting, you got a notification saying "Tunnel Ducks Rule!", which is a clear reference to fallout 3's "Tunnel Snakes Rule!"

there is another easter egg in the ark society mission, you can overhear one of the NPC's saying that he also attended a party just like this called heaven and hell, which is a reference to hitman blood money's mission - a dance with the devil.
A party level NPC referencing a party level in another Hitman game.
Another thing, if you have a fish in your inventory while in the coffin on the isle of Sgail, one of the ark members will say "Why does it smell of fish?"

The Sean Bean one... his description as a disgraced MI5 agent is a nod to his character Alec Trevelyan, AKA Agent 006 in the James Bond movie GoldenEye.
It also says "Hereford" on the pistol shown during his intro which I bet is a reference to his character in Ronin who says he's former SAS and gets interrogated by DeNiro over what the color of the boathouse at the SAS headquarters in Hereford is.

The dolphin exit seems to work fine with other kill methods too; it's just that last bit with the fountains that you need to do.

For those who don't know, the Tunnel Snakes are a teen gang in the vault you start the game in and its leader, Butch DeLoria is a bully to your player character for most of the introduction of the game. "Tunnel snakes rule !" is their battle cry of sorts (if I can call it so).
I killed the rad roaches just so I could kill butch's mom infront of him, thats what he deserved for taking my bun......

Hitman is like Metal Gear. It's one of those games that looks super gritty and intense and serious on the outside, but on the inside, it's actually a pretty goofy game, both in what you can do the dialogue as well.

The fish is already a joke weapon and the tiles have mini tiles next to it showing which tile is next
For the dolphin exit one, the only thing that you actually need to do is be sure you are carrying a fish in hand when you do the pattern on the fountain. Thats it. You could kill them anyway you want. I've done SA/SO with the dual kill with kicking Robert onto Sierra and was able to do the exit. Not sure all the videos involve getting a mechanic outfit

15:45 If you hug right wall and just run straight you don't need to worry about the puzzle. You'll get hit, but you will still make it to the other side and once you pick the dagger, trap disables itself.

You missed one in Whittleton Greek, after you open the tunnel behind Creepy eyes painting, you will get into the other house, and turn on the sound system. After the song is over, a puff of cloud shows up, and a beak axe will spawn. Pick up the beak axe and the skeleton will dance in the closet.
“freedom fighters” is also the name of the Colorado mission from the “first” Hitman (2016)

The best part about the 'pink army's Easter egg is that you can scan the flamingo photo *again* to target everyone else (besides yourself) in the flamingo suit. And since Robert passes by the demonstration as part of his path, he will continuously send guards to clean up the mess.

There’s also one where a guard says “A bit like Rico, eh?” During a mission. I believe it’s a reference to the Just Cause games.
also in the Columbia mission : on the phone P-Power is talking to his manage “Dexy” (Dexy Barat) who is also Jordan Cross’ manager in the Bangkok mission!
There are a lot of references to characters in previous missions. It's always fun to find those. They deserve a list of their own.
And, in HITMAN 3 (2021), Dexy Barat makes a physical appearance in 'The Farewell'.
I found a reference to blood money in free form training, one of the nearest mechanics has a a chance to say “you were a lot stronger in blood money” but you have to choke him for a minute without killing or knocking him out

You forgot the Huldreman (Banging Skulls) easter egg in Whittleton Creek.
To trigger the easter egg, find the Meaty Bone item in a room on the topfloor of the BBQ garden party house. Next, go to the house with the creepy band room in the basement, and have the Meaty Bone equipped while the music is playing (turn on the player).
If you let the song finish (after 4-5 minutes), a bird beak axe will spawn in the middle of the room.

I'm not sure but I think the Knight Guards Easter Egg (28:46) may be a reference to the youtube bigMooney06 who made a series named the Kill Everyone challenge where he went around every map on Hitman 1 and killed everyone on said maps. The fact you have to kill everyone lines up with the series and the collect 30 coins also lines up with his name
