i dont know you or how i was reccomended this but i work at a local sandwhich shop and saw this and thought it was interesting, why marsala? also what kind of cheese? reminds me of thanksgiving leftover sandwhich, good idea! if you like this type of sandwhich you should try making the panera turkey apple cheddar, one of my favs, just finding the cranberry bread is kind of a pain!
