1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
For the filling:
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
250g (8.8oz) cream cheese
60g (2oz) icing sugar
125g (4.4oz) yogurt or sour cream
For the ganache:
100g (3.5oz) dark chocolate, 70 - 75%
100g (3.5oz) heavy cream
For decoration:
150g (5.2oz) dark chocolate, 70 - 75%
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of icing sugar
