I have one of these already based on a video you did a few years ago. Its actually kind of fun to swing.

When push forward i feel like i'm moving towards the target slightly with my back to target? Almost happy gilmore like? Is that correct?
Best training aid ever
Hi Louis, yes I am a big fan of the gold flex!
I still have my Goldflex and thanks for the tip (a couple of years ago) on how to use it properly. Now I have a question about the dude in the corner that’s frozen?? Why is he back there trapped by all the clubs lol? 🤣
That’s Bob. We adopted him a few years ago. He’s happy there.
Thanks for watching and I’m glad you are getting some use out of it. It’s a great tool.
How do you know what size to get? 40 - 48?
I personally prefer the 40. The 48 would be simulating a driver swing.
@@MikeSullivangolf Which size are you using in the video? I have the 40 and it seems stiffer.
Will this help shallow your swing?
I think if it's used correctly, it can. It can help with so many things: swing plane, weight shift, tempo...the benefits are many.
So all you have to do is just simply swing it back and fourth and it will fix your swing path?
Nothing is quite as simple as that. But it can help.
@@MikeSullivangolf intresting, another drill that I've had a pga pro show me is to take th club and while standing normally hold it straight out infrot of me, then rotate my torso to the right, then tilt down as if it were at the top of my back swing to get the propper feeling of where the club should be before starting the downward transition.
I'm 2 minutes and 16 seconds into the video and I haven't learned anything. Lot of preamble unfortunately so I have it a thumbs down.
Sorry you didn’t get anything out of it. Best of luck.
