This was a really great interview.. I have seen every episode and they keep getting better and better!
I've been working in the tech world for the past 10 years and I can relate to her story so much when it comes to the stuff you have to deal with when nobody looks like you. Understandably, there are differences given that I'm a guy, but when she talked about the stuff you have to deal with when you don't have people higher up to back you up and who understand you... I felt that so much.
I think part of me assumed that TV personality problems are different from office job problems, but I ser that we're more alike than i thought.
