- Feedlot comparison for sheep! Is a feedlot hard to run during the winter? Does weather make a feedlot difficult? Does weather make a feedlot harsh? Our sheep love their grain ration and come outside in the feedlot during any weather to enjoy it with the same amount of enthusiasm! You can see that while weather may make feeding a little more difficult, it will never outweigh the benefit of these animals getting the rations they need!
