I love 3-wheelers. I miss them. All I have left is my '85 Honda ATC 110 I remember filling up the tires to the maximum and floating on it across the creek in 2nd gear like a miniature river boat. 😂 The Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife didn't like it that much though. They gave me a ticket but they didn't find my weed thank god! My teenage years were wonderful.
This bike reminded me of one I have seen on the Three wheeler magazine back around the Mid 80's it was bad ass then and it's still bad ass today .Thank you for reminding me how awesome these bike were
Cool conversion. I remember all the hype and lawsuits that ended the "all terrain cycle" A.K.A. three wheelers. The aluminum welding you guys did was outstanding as well.
So awesome. Its super cool to see someone put so much time and effort into something that is a complete waste of time yet one of the coolest things of all time
Back in the day a friend of mine took a 250r, swapped in a cr 500 and made a custom swing arm that ran a quad tire. Fat cat from hell with a 22 in skat hauler, baddest bike I've ever ridden in the dunes. Fifth gear wheelies up every hill
Very nice work man, I personally don't see the attraction with a 3 wheeler, but hey it looks like a good conversion and looks like you're having a blast! Keep grinning and ringing it hard! Thumbs up
They're 1000% better in the soft stuff. Thought not as nimble as a bike, the rear wheels can tilt through nearly as thin of gaps. Your body position is just as important if not more, and u can just sit and relax on it- they're fun rides.
Greatly appreciate the quality build skills, your a true craftsman....but it could've been better in a 350x chassis. Seen it done, keeps original geometry intact so it's much more lower than your version. None the less, great build.
Great bike - well done on that conversion - masterful! BUT PLEASE, next time turn the damn music down or OFF. I couldn't hear a word you said and could barely hear that gorgeous 4 stroke creation - which was the entire point of the vid. Cheers, from Sydney. Australia.
Dude total props for a very clean build. Now PLEASE.!! FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS HOLY!! Throw away the rear half of the swing axle and rebuild it as a BW650r and do an awesome tribute to the old big wheel bikes of the day, i bet it would be a blast to ride
all these bullshit comments they only wish they where capable of doing a conversion like this hold your head high amazing job these people just dont understand how much work something like this consists of
I would left it registered for road use your insurance only goes by the vin they never look at the bike. Full coverage should be like $150-$300 a year. If it got stolen youd be covered plus you could use it around town, the only thing might be inspection??? thats a pretty clean Mod man A+
@@randalllowe4176 we have done it and my brother has one and wont sell it to me....lol back in the day we got them titled and now they are grandfathered ....those that have street title are worth big coin .....

That is probably one of the cleanest ATC build/conversion I ever seen man, beautiful trike.

Dude nice conversion! ATC WORLD'S hahaha I'd love to do the same to a bike!
Very cool modification. Honda should have made it factory. Great job , good video, could do without the music.

Fucking awesome machine!! I bet it's a blast to ride too!!
Coolest 3 wheeler of all time.
I beg to differ. Cr500 atc. I love my xrs, but 2 stroke is music in motion with speed
Nothing like taking one of the best race bikes in history and making into a kids toy.
great looking wheeler though!!
OH MAN WHAT FUN!!!
Super trick & cool
Nicely done, can you share the pics/recipe?
I think it would be better with wider seat and 250r fenders thats just what i think .
Gostei muito parabéns
LOL insane!!!
Tune in next week when we make a manure spreader with a Porsche 911...
If you have to ask why you should not be watching this video!!! Act for life !

im looking to do the same thing, could you provide a list of what you did or needed? ALSO, any changes you would have done to the conversion.
👍
Awesome build but a little tall, won't handle like a 250r or 350x. ALOT MORE POWER THOUGH!
This is Awsome! And it looks like the real thing! Is this conversion still available? ???
ViceVersa Musik watch it again, he obviously cut and welded up the swinger. There were pictures of it in the jig he made lol!
I WANT ONE!!!
Bad ass I want to build one
What triple tree did you use and front forks?
That's awesome. I want to do this to my DR650/790 big bore. What mods did you have to do for rear end? Did you keep your XR shock?? Thanks
+Strictly Street Yesss a keep the XR shocks
Nice start but now the seat and fenders need help.
LIKE
how did you get the front end to fit
so cool but really needs some proper fenders for the rear
Ronald Barker that would be hard as hell though lmao
Shut uo
We don't run fenders in sand on ATVs, looks fine.
I like the ATC style rear fenders personally. I have no clue how one would make some for this build though.
