I visited Singapore recently and there is an overwhelming atmosphere of peace and tranquility despite the fact it is small and densely populated. No litter , no graffiti, no antisocial behaviour. Singaporeans take pride in their country, a concept long forgotten in the UK.

Hello, I lived in Singapore for two and a half years. I was a young teenager back then. One of the best times of my life. A wonderful Island. Safe, peaceful, the rule of Law and Order. I visited Singapore years later has an adult. Many new buildings. Still the same clean, safe and peaceful. Never in fear of my life when walking around there day and night. Public Transport, safe and so clean.

Yes Singapore is my favourite place. I love the way they have a never ending series of Religious Holidays. It doesn't matter the religion, everyone gets into it and expresses joy. Surely that's how it's meant to be! I did hear of a newly arrived couple of 'settlers' from India. The lady, when told that friendly members of the Indian community wanted to welcome them, immediately asked "what caste?" A chilly silence, then she was told 'this is your new life, we don't import old ideas, there is no caste system here.' I do wonder if the couple stayed in wonderful Singapore or was the call of sick old prejudices too strong!

Our leaders give asylum seekers all the reasons to come here, in France they have a tent, here they get a top hotel, it's reason enough. They also get a new smartphone to watch porn and a daily allowance. The most important pull factor that our leaders have devised however is to get to the country that is the least likely to send them home, the UK. The most important reason for that being that they get a free personal immigration lawyer on legal aid for all the legal shenanigans, stopping deportation flights etc. They get a lawyer. Our leaders do this, only them. They want to look good internationally.

Singapore has to be one of the safest places I have ever visited, I never felt threatened at any time while I was there. I certainly can't say that in my home town at times, and its not even a place noted for antisocial behaviour.

Hey GPT "what would it look like if there were efforts to erase all ideas of nation and race and create a one world government? how would it be done and how would they present it to trick people?"
"Creating a one-world government while erasing the concepts of nation and race would require a multifaceted approach that combines technological, social, and political strategies. Here's a speculative scenario of how such efforts might unfold:
    1. **Technological Integration:** The first step would involve leveraging advanced technologies to create a seamless global infrastructure. This would include a universal digital identification system linked to biometric data, ensuring every individual is interconnected and trackable across borders.
    2. **Global Citizenship:** The concept of national citizenship would gradually be replaced by the notion of global citizenship. This would be marketed as a progressive step towards inclusivity and unity, erasing the barriers of nationality and promoting a sense of belonging to a "global community."
    3. **Cultural Homogenization:** Efforts would be made to standardize cultural norms and practices worldwide. Cultural diversity would be celebrated but within predefined boundaries set by a central authority, promoting a sanitized version of cultural expression that aligns with the ideals of the one-world government.
    4. **Education and Media Control:** Educational curriculums and media outlets would be tightly controlled to propagate the narrative of global unity and downplay the significance of national or racial identities. Historical narratives might be rewritten or suppressed to fit the desired narrative of a harmonious global society.
    5. **Economic Integration:** Economic systems would be streamlined under a global regulatory framework, promoting free trade and interconnected financial networks. The promise of economic prosperity and equal opportunities for all would be used to garner support for the one-world government agenda.
    6. **Political Consolidation:** Existing international organizations like the United Nations would evolve into a more centralized governing body with increased authority over national governments. Treaties and agreements would gradually erode the sovereignty of nations in favor of a unified global governance structure.
    7. **Propaganda and Manipulation:** Mass communication channels would be used to constantly reinforce the benefits of a one-world government while demonizing dissent or nationalist movements as regressive and divisive. Terms like "global harmony," "universal justice," and "world peace" would be popularized to promote the idea of a utopian global society.
The presentation to the public would be carefully crafted to appeal to idealistic notions of unity, equality, and progress. Key strategies would include:
    - **Emphasis on Crisis Management:** Global challenges such as climate change, pandemics, and economic disparities would be used as justification for centralized global governance. Solutions would be framed as requiring coordinated global efforts under one authority.
    - **Promises of Security and Stability:** The one-world government would promise enhanced security, both in terms of physical safety and economic stability. The narrative would suggest that a unified global approach is the only way to address complex global threats effectively.
    - **Inclusive Language:** Propaganda and messaging would use inclusive language that resonates with diverse populations, emphasizing shared values and aspirations while downplaying differences.
    - **Selective Transparency:** While promoting transparency as a value, the actual workings of the global governance system would be opaque to the general public, with decisions made by an elite group of policymakers and technocrats.
Overall, the strategy would be to present the idea of a one-world government as the natural evolution of humanity towards a more enlightened and harmonious future, while strategically erasing or redefining concepts that could hinder that vision, such as national sovereignty and cultural distinctiveness.

I do believe that not all cultures will yield equal outcomes. However culture is something that can be taught. Humans have been exchanging goods and services AND IDEAS throughout history.
Historically the less-advanced cultures would try to improve themselves by emulating the behaviors of the more-advanced societies. Unfortunately these days, migrants from less successful countries try to bring their habits into more successful countries.

In Spain, you can't do anything, access any services whether social, medical, etc if you don't have documents. The UK has no ID card, and systems are not based on contributions, so of course, this acts like a magnet for undesirables. Every other country has ID in order to access these things, which puts off these people - this is why they don't want to stay in France, because it is much harder to work illegally there.

Their censorship and deletion of comment that aren’t in goosestep with their typically woke and terrorist cheering agenda is why YT is blocked in countries outside the U.S.. They richly deserve a taste of their own medicine. There are very competent computer and technical people far out of the reach of domestic control. With advances in AI they should be able to block YT’s one sided political agenda while leaving music, travel, instructional, and the like unaffected. Such would kick YT in the wallet so hard it might actually knock some integrity into them. Stay focused. AI is rapidly being developed. If some of the channels constantly deleting others’ opinions suddenly drop out of sight you won’t have to wonder what happened. Karma came around.

My guess would be that an illegal immigrant to Singapore is entering for a life of crime as there are no giveaways to be had. As Lee Kwan Yew once said, "Why should I feed you if you don't want to work?" That said, the population has rocketed in the years that I have known it, from 2¼M in the late 70's to over 6M today and all this on an island the size of the Isle of Wight. The main thing is that everyone pulls their weight and importantly, legal immigrants embrace the economic and social systems.

"Chairperson of the Irish Muslim Council Shaykh Dr Umar Al-Qadri (Pakistani) has launched his campaign to become an MEP for Dublin.
Dr Al-Qadri told a press conference this morning that he was running to counter the rise of "far-right extremism across Europe".
He told reporters that he was very concerned that the values of inclusivity and tolerance were under threat in Ireland.
If elected, he said that he wants to push for reform of Ireland's migration system, housing for all, climate action and support for small- and medium-sized businesses."
