I was wondering how maxing out dot damage and getting the most out of curse explosion is done.
That damage buff curse seems tasty on a sap about to take a meteor with guaranteed crit from being petrified.
I made one mistake after talking to a few of my buddies I misunderstood the explosion mech. I need to explode it as soon as possible as it does what the damage over time would have done in an instant. Me with my low tier gear I get 45-50k explosions. Them with their maxed out gear get around 70-80k explosions.
bro whats the best gear and stats for leveling fast upto 50? also what skills to level first? do i use staff as main? or wand?
I really don't know if i start as a wand + staff now, since ncsoft devs said in the last meeting that they would make wand+longbow the pure full support meta build more than two times, and they should rework every skill until the end of the month...
I am not fully clear on weapon swapping or using skills that are on a different weapon.
Are you swapping weapons to do your heals then back to main staff for dps?
The skills use the weapon automatically. The difference is ur weapon mastery that you have active is whatever you are using in main hand. Let’s say I use serial firebombs. I don’t have to switch to staff to use it as it just uses it. Now the difference is weapon mastery. If I have skill damage boost and cooldown reduction on staff but I main hand the wand that doesn’t have those substats then I lose them because it’s not currently in my main hand.
As for damage in general I just use my staff skills in between healing as needed

Since the staff has higher base damage wouldn't that alone make say your Touch of Despairs even stronger since 41% of base damage.
I mean it would seem great Swords base damage like on the Hell Gale blade 132 base damage give you the hardest hitting Curses. A wand base is like 53 base damage

heal should be able to crit, and also ur heavy attack can applied on ur heal so u heal 2x more. TBH u do not need 4x transcendental set unless u will be the healer who healing the tanks in GvG when they have 20-30k HP. For normal content like casual pvp, farming, dg u dont need. u still can boost ur heal with passive skills and combos.
Ps.: U can use other skills in between 2 fireball shoot from that 3 shoot. So u can do 1 fireball, 1 sleep, 1 curse, then 2 more fireball for example if u canst it fast.
When i did use bow + staff, i did use fireball and the decisive sniping mixed each other XD (dunno if it is efficient or not but its fun.)
