One Slayer show I was at I'm with some friends and one of my buddies when they started playing this lost his mind like I've never seen anyone lose their mind before or since. He achieved Heavy Metal Nirvana and was completely one with the song.

Now you know why Slayer is one of the "Big Four." This one is a "Master Class" lesson in Thrash song construction. Dave Mustaine "intricacy" at a 1000mph, although one wouldn't necessarily think that...until you try to duplicate something similar yourself. One instrument doesn't overpower another, until the time comes in the song to get a few more of your teeth knocked out...A personal favorite grinder of mine...a kick in the chest live. Ya'll would probably dig Death Angel's "The Ultra-Violence." One NASTY instrumental. "My Belief" by Possessed won't disappoint at all either.

The song is about the government making mandatory for kids sign up the draft and then go to war. It also points out who the military makes it look like not that bad . Saying if you don’t join us you will be shunned and be called Un - American. I’m not saying, you know it’s not right thing but everyone has a right to make their own decisions to join the military but the horrors of war is real.
For sure one of the better Slayer jams.
