I was in a toxic relationship throughout middle school (not dating, but still really toxic). He treated me like I was his toy, he could do whatever he wanted to me, and I would forgive him and we would be friends. One day, I don't remember what he did but, it tipped me over the edge. I realized how horrible he was to me, so, now I'm finally out of it. I'm surrounding myself with more positive people. But tbh, I thought I made the wrong choice. Once this album came out, I realized I made a better choice for my mental health. Thank you Hollyn! God bless you!

This album couldn’t have come at a better time. I’m going through a breakup right now and am learning how to be on my own again after a year and a half of a very codependent, unhealthy relationship. Thanks for producing honest music, it really does hit home for people going through the same thing

Needless to say (but I will), it’s never about being enough for someone else. That’s a dysfunctional, codependent relationship from the get go. Each person has to be mature, self-aware and knowing the Lord made them as His. Then you can be there for another. Peace! Love the music, as always!
