Idk, Ren seemed pretty dead even in the novel. It wasn't so much Ghidorah possessed him, it was more Ghidorah "erasing" him when he merged with Mechagodzilla's AI. Ren's definitely dead

I think a good way to get Godzilla DNA is use the DNA that bled from Godzilla when the MUTOs clawed a part of his back. It would be interesting If a scientist carried that DNA for years waiting for a use for it

There is one major thing I would have to add, and that is that Biollante was never a foe to humanity. Her first act of violence is attacking the Biomajor and SSS9 agents who invaded her father's lab. As she sits at the lake, she has a war of who is in control; Erika, or the "sorta godzilla" mentality. She never attacks any humans but she calls Godzilla and has a conflict with him, resulting in Biollante's rose form disassembling and proving she is very nearly invincible. When she shows up again at the film's climax, the mentality of Erika and "the monster" are now in balance and Erika can "back off" and let the monster take control, but she can also wrestle control back from it as when she returns and is vastly more combat capable, she takes out only the military vehicles and equipment that could fire upon her before focusing on Godzilla, and after she disables Godzilla, Erika even says goodbye to her father through Miki.
While she should easily START as a tortured wildcard, she should still end as being benevolent to the world, but only after humanity's sins are bared to all.
Kinda gonna be hard to put Bio into the monster verse then. Might as well create another original kaiju like they did with Scar King and Shimo.

I honestly wouldn't change much. Just make her creator a Monarch scientist but keep pretty much everthing the same. Biollante = rare rose DNA + Godzilla DNA + scientist's daughter's DNA.
Correction is Kong, Godzilla, plant and deceased daughter into Biollante. That will be fifth movie plot.
Biollante would have fitted in way better than mecha goji if the movies had chosen to preserve the 2014 movie's gritty tone all throughout
Biollante is to me is one of the kaiju that would be very fitting with MonsterVerse semi-realistic theme along with Zilla, Anguirus, Baragon, King Caesar and Gorosaurus
about King Caesar, he can be a perfect opportunity to show mystic or superstitious side of MonsterVerse and I imagine Gorosaurus as alpha or king of V.Rex
Zilla would fit less so, and by technicality, Zilla is Godzilla, with the only exception being when he appeared in Destroy all Monsters if I remember correctly.

I don't think the VRex nor zilla would be part of the MV franchise is because
1. they're part and owned by different studios such as Tristar and universal
2. Zilla is another incarnation of godzilla himself
3. Legendary nor Toho does not plan to add them in the series since they're already creating more original monsters while adding iconic kaijus who are suitable for the series.
So in conclusion Zilla and the VRex has no place in the MV 😂.

@@barstool9156plus we have Titania Doug so we don’t really need Zilla in the film. Maybe have Zilla as a failed clone project as part of the Project Gojira project, a project dedicated to improving a way to stop Godzilla using flesh and blood rather than technology.

When I tell you Godzilla vs Biollante is my favorite Godzilla movie, it’s not an understatement but I ALWAYS forget about the random nation B-plot of this movie & how random it is
Personally, I think that even though biolante could absorb other titans, the presence of a pure-hearted woman with good intentions to safeguard humanity would still have a strong hold. Biolante absorbing other Kaiju can be incredibly dangerous, but she could still have full executive control over all of this. She could pop up as a counter measure against other cataclysmic otherworldly Kaiju as an occasional ally to Godzilla. If she was created out of grief; stored in stasis; then released with a blast; left to root & nourish herself in a designated area covered with plant based biomass; utilizing a nuclear compound enriched soil obtained from hollow earth, skull island, & irradiated soils from across earth; then instructed to defend earth & assist Godzilla bc all other options were exhausted.
It would be cool near the end of the movie that Biollante and Godzilla understand each other and Godzilla almost looks at her as his daughter, cuz she's technically apart of him as his offspring, but together they have to fight the complete opposite of Godzilla and Biollante, a creature that doesn't want to balance nature and doesn't want to rule anyone, Hedorah would be a sick villain and it would be so cool to see him and bio in the same movie, monsterverse Hedorah would be horrifying, and Biollante would be heartbreaking, it would have to be one of the most touching movies in the franchise, and because Biollante dies it would show a caring side of Godzilla, imagine him actually almost crying at the death of his half daughter, and the father of Erica finally understanding that him and Godzilla aren't so different, either that or he somehow becomes Hedorah, the ending of the movie would be really sad until at the end you hear Biollantes roar and the faded to black screen is sprinkled with her spore particles.

Boillante might be able to absorb Amhuluk but Amhuluk could just as easily incorporate Biollante's body into his own. It'd be a very interesting fight though and it could result in an amalgam kaiju containing two minds constantly battling for control of the body.

After being beaten by Godzilla, the Millennian absorbed some of Godzilla's DNA and used it to produce the grotesque goliath known as Orga.

My only critique would be the super soldiers not sitting yet. Other than that I’d be all for it hell give bio the cell treatment and have her massively evolve after absorbing certain kaiju and force Godzilla to pass his limits and beyond to ultimately defeat her in the end as she the spirit inside begs for death and for Godzilla to put an end to her torture

I would say Jia would be the best candidate for becoming Biolante. Because if she dies from a titan accident, it could lead to a “mothers” grief from you know who. And she could splice her dna with Godzilla dna or whatever plant based thing they find in the hollow earth, causing Jia to become Biollante and maybe Kong and Godzilla might work together somehow to save her. Hell even maybe Kong would find a way to bring her back while getting beaten up by the person he cares about the most.

Here’s my idea for Anguirus.
Classification: Titanus Angira
Title: Armored Dragon
Nature: Bio-Seismic
Behavior: Protector
Discovered in Siberia in 1959, Anguirus is a possible relative of Godzilla’s species. Anguirus’ role in the natural order is to keep the permafrost from melting which ancient humans believed him to be a God of Ice. Anguirus can release a thunderous sonic roar that can be 200 Decibels. Like Godzilla, Anguirus can have an intimidating display where the spikes on his carapace can light up despite not having atomic breath. Godzilla and Anguirus have been seen communicating with each other in their own “Titan language.”
The classification should be titanus anguirus
I would argue that this version of Anguirus is to similar to the Muto Prime with the Sonic Roar.
Anguirus is dead in this legendary monster verse, Godzilla killed him centuries ago his remains were in the temple Godzilla was recovering in when serizawa sacrificed himself to detonate the bomb to help him recover during king of the monsters

Mechagodzilla in the MonsterVerse set the precedent for humans messing around with Titan stuff. So having Biollante come about because someone didn't learn that lesson would be a good introduction for her 😊
I have two ideas here how this could work:
1. It has already been confirmed that the 'cellular memory theory' is present in the Monsterverse through Ghidorah - all it really takes is a few of his cells to reawaken his memories, which was evident with Mecha Godzilla so this isn't far fetched at all.
2. This one is a bit of a stretch (and due to budgetary constraints, the MV seem to prefer hiring cheaper actors nowadays) - in the KOTM novel it is mentioned that Alan Jonah had a daughter who was murdered while he was out on military duty, which is what caused his insane hatred towards humanity. Charles Dance is one hell of an actor AND his character traffics DNA, and this could actually add a bit of depht to his character - he could have a DNA sample of his daughter stored somewhere, to be fused with cells of Ghidorah and a rose in his home, thus creating Biollante as his ultimate resentment towards humanity. That is IF Charles Dance wants to return though.

Thanks man. I haven’t heard of that, is it confirmed or just a fan theory? Either way, i don’t think it’s a good idea. Biollante is the result of tampering with Godzilla’s power. The closest thing to that was Mechagodzilla but the human characters haven’t really touched upon using Godzilla’s power.
And Jia wouldn’t deserve to have that fate. there’s of course the possibility of her controlling a plant monster similar to Biollante, because it’s confirmed that the Iwi are telepathic, and being psychic was a big thing in the heisei era. There’s a possibility it could fit in that route, but I don’t really know. It might be cool.

Fifth movie will be the key for that. Except is Kong and Godzilla DNA or cell with plant. Probably with another relative of Ishirō Serizawa presumably to be his brother or sister might created that monster. Ironically, the main protagonists of researcher become the antagonist in later film completely opposite.

The movie start with Ren serazava surviving after the events of Godzilla vs kong movie ,with godzilla victorious ren swears upon himself to finish Godzilla for good next time.Then he suddenly hears Ghidorah saying that " I will help achieve that goal". Ghidorah being connected to ren' s mind and the super computer had learned all about humanity and the world history.Ghidorah shows the visions of all his fights with godzilla and then suggest Godzilla only won due to the support of mankind and it is that support we need.Cut to events of godzilla x kong empire. Godzilla not only attacked humanity but even destroyed many cities, nuclear plants and killed hundreds of people across world .Ren through apex had gained support from most of the world to eliminate Godzilla.Using those support he suggest UN to shut down the monarch organisation as it is not helping to keep humanity safe.Apex takes control and gains access to the hollow earth . With unlimited resources access apex creates the complete version of mecha -Godzilla.But ren was also secretly collecting the cropse of all the dead titan killed by Godzilla for his own plan. The monarch and some people are against apex idea to kill Godzilla. The final day arrives apex activates the new and improved mecha Godzilla and prepare thier army to support mecha Godzilla to kill Godzilla.

Godzilla and kong enters hollow earth . Meanwhile kasier Ghidorah proclaim itself has only aplha.
I feel like Zilla or Zilla Jr could fit really well since Gojira has canonically had a relative (aka Dagon) so it wouldn't be far off for a kaiju like them to exist
(And I know this might be a stretch but even though Kong is the last of his kind, there are still primate titans aka Skar king, so maybe Zilla or Zilla Jr could be a "sub-species" that's been hiding in the hollow earth)

Legendary cares more about spectacle now. Giving kong ironman armor, riding on godzillas back, godzilla running as a human would, them teleporting to hollow earth. They would not incorporate any themes of tragedy and loss in any future films. They would make biollante just another random monster.

Excerpt from my comment on the Destroyah video: I’d prefer Biollante as the more grounded plant monster that covers the entire continent, or even world, with green. Jungles & rainforests, so Kong has sh*t to swing off. It definitely doesn’t have to involve the soul of a scientist’s dead daughter. We can just skip that sh*t and blame it on some mutating agent, plants, and G-cells.
I have a more thought out concept, but I’m tired, it’s 5am. If anyone contests, I’ll expand, but not tonight.
I think biollante's portrayal in the MV would be that shes a parasitic plant like titan (close relative or sub species of amhuluk) of the hollow earth who asorbs and feeds on other titans energy in order to become the next alpha and a major threat towards godzilla and Kong.
But for now we dont know how legendary will potray or introduce her, so we'll have to wait after The New Empire is released if there's any more hints of her appearing in the future 🤷 🤔.

this is a true story,A long time ago. I had a dream ofa quick scene of Monsterverse, A team of heavily-equipped soldiers wearing exoskeleton, making their way into a city destroyed by heavy-vegetation and vines. At the center was an unhatched biolante. dream ended with a battle between Biollante and Rodan (not Godzilla)
Speaking as someone who has only seen the current monster-verse stuff. I really liked this video and because I liked it so much I felt like writing out a bunch of the changes I would make to your particular idea.
Don't like the idea of Biollante being powered by king Gidorah. I heavily dislike the idea of a villain being reused over and over again. This would be the third King Gidorah based problem. Thats too much Gidorah. Also splicing "Evil dragon alien that wants to kill everything" with Biollante makes it a lot harder for me to actually feel bad about Biollante dying in the end. Its a known quantity that the remains of Gidorah are dangerous, it'd make the world feel incompetent at large for not doing stuff to get rid of this stuff or at least hide it well.
The whole backstory with the mercenary and the us marines and the sample already felt convoluted, I think adding super soldiers to a universe where those don't currently exist would just add more stuff to a plot line that already felt pretty bloated. Also with how super hero fatigue is a known quantity in today's market I think that might turn off potential viewers (myself included). Part of the appeal of kaiju movies is that the humans are just normal ordinary ass humans who have to be crafty to accomplish anything.
The way you describe Biollante in this felt like the opposite of show don't tell. Like a psychic tells us "the girl who got turned into a plant monster is sad" and that is how we know she is sad. If this story was really well written I think you could never explicitly confirm that the girl is alive in Biollante, but just have the monster act in a way that implies that she is inside biollante. We're not restricted to suits and puppetry anymore so giving the monster more personality in the way it moves is doable. Also gives fans something to argue about for eternity whether the girl actually was alive in Biollante or not.

maybe godzilla would find biolante and recognize it as another member of the gojira species, making him a little emotional since he hasnt seen another gojira in millions of years so they would communicate. However, biolante wants to take over and rule as the alpha so she poisons godzilla and maybe injects him with a brain parasite which causes him to wreak some havoc but he eventually gets over it and defeats biolante. However, godzilla hesitates on whether to kill or spare biolante. Godzilla eventually kills biolante.
I thin apex might return in a future movie and they could end up making Biollante or maybe even Orga.
Another example of a godzilla monster that can absorb other monsters abilities is the mosquito from the 1998 godzilla TV show.

All of this is subject to how successful GxK turns out. For as much as I enjoy the films, I fear they are doing the same thing Marvel has done. (create fatigue) Between movies and a show, it is losing the enjoyment level. There was a reason ToHo did Final Wars. (To give time to have more anticipation for any future installment) Although they kind of hinted a Destroy all Monsters in KotM, I think that would be the best bet to go and have it leave the basis for a Destroyah film to wrap up the series of films.

I think Destoroyah could fit in better especially since it would make the Oxygen Destroyer more relevant.

I honestly would just have Godzilla take a really brutal bloody hit over the amazon rainforest or something and have his blood mutate the forest into MV Biollante, but that's just me trying to cope Bio into the storyline without finding ways to modernize the OG plotline

I think they could keep Biollante's origin the same with maybe slight differences. Like maybe instead of the father giving up, he instead agrees under his real objective to bring his daughter back to life. I would play Biollante's story as one that is more tragic and sad until revealing the horror that dwelled underneath the rose.
Possibly keeping Biollante peaceful until a titain (maybe godzilla, maybe a different one) attacked her causing her to lash out and attack everything. Or instead of a titain it would be either apex or a government airforce, seeing her as a danger.
I'd either have her survive and escape into the hollow earth where she wouldn't have to worry about humanity fearing her, or die by either godzilla or another titans involvement.
If she were to survive I'd have her return as a way to measure Destoroyah's stregnth compared to hers, having him defeat her in front of godzilla before spewing her spores out as a symbol of hope for the both godzilla, the planet, and humanity. (Based off of how she is both part godzilla, part plant, and part human)

Hear me out... What if Biollante's Design and Origin in the Monsterverse were heavy inspiration from Shin Godzilla? The pain, suffering, and evolutions of Shin could cross over very well with Biollante's abilities and story. While also giving eagle-eyed fans something to geek out about.

If they added this to the monster verse they would not use the pure soul of a person when creating it. I know it’s a Godzilla movie, but it would be to unrealistic. Lol. Best Godzilla monster in my opinion. I would say the best way to do it, though is to kill biolante off early in the film to have it come back 60% of they way through the movie as spacegodzilla
