If you want to translate, say "black dressed Man". That is a beeing, similar like Zuluman (this is why the strange coloured faces like demons or better fearghosts). Some british says to the name "schwarzerman" shadowman. No colour of skin or stuff like this. The topic is "the fear goes around" the zuluman goes around .

Fun fact. In some regions south germany switzerland etc the use the name Krabat, this is very very old spirites beeing there. 2 fun fact: this strange game from some childhoods speciali in southgermany , you can say: who have fear from zuluman?... The other says: no one!...the first again: and when hes come?..then panic and shouting: then we run!! And than they catch each other. Fun fact 3: ii n the rhein regions the krabat demon which is traditional black, its red, so its the red devil - its a long tradition there (so normaly nobody in german whould think when he hears "SchwarzerMann" thats a human beeing, its an spirital beeing - like its the horror inside yourself - every year they faces this horror inside yourself somewhere with more funy, somewhere more normal and some regions very rabiat, martialis and horror similar that celebration - you can visit if you in want. I think, every region have a name for this what is the meaning of "schwarzer Mann" in south germany etc.

Do the liner notes spell it “Mann” or “Man?” If it’s the latter, then it means “one” as in a person (an example of it being used in a sentence would be “one need not be a chamber to be haunted”).
As others have said, even if it is “Mann,” in this context it’s not referring to skin color just as calling someone “green” means that they’re a rookie/inexperienced, rather than literally meaning they are the color green.
The idea that Rammstein or any other band would openly make a song about being afraid of any race of people is absurd on its face.
