Great lesson. I don't teach English, but Dutch. Based on your videos I make PTTs for my students. It is a lot of work. Teacher Val, hello! Could you tell please, where you explained the stick evaluation system you use in your classroom, I wonder it very much, especially how you end each class, counting the amount of sticks each boys and girls teams have or what. Thank you in advance, hope I could explain what I want!
I use the star and point system as a classroom management tool. The team with the most points gets a star at the end of the class. I have a helper in each class who helps me keep track of the stars. At the end of the term, the team with the most stars gets five extra points for their final exam. :)
