Just adore I mean really adore Robin , his calm and tone and ( yes dialect and grammar ) the sense of history and descriptive explanations and the photography of the villages and areas he meanders are just without a doubt simply sublimely charming !

I see the leash around your neck at the end but where is the doggie? 🐕 Today I watched an enraged mockingbird chasing a hawk around and around in circles in my backyard. It was hilarious to see! Evidently, the hawk had decided to lunch on fledglings at the nesting site and momma was none too pleased! She let him have what for as I guffawed in delight. The hawk did not have lunch today, at least not at that nest! 😊
Have you been to Ewelme? Not cotswolds I know but very interesting. Jerome K Jerome's grave is in the old part of Ewelme church and also an actor, Sir Jeremy Child, Sherlock 2010, he passed in 2022 age 77.
