    Still amazes me that the longest trains I ever see are pulled by steam (gotta get the revenue I'm guessing).
    Grew up watching HST's being 8-ish cars which is now reduced to 2+4, the odd voyager etc today is maybe 5, then an 80 year old steam loco comes through with more than double that.

      12 car trains still or were regular peak hour trains on London to South Coast services, 3x4 car EMU's that often are split or coupled to/from London so that more than one destination/start can be served. Found myself in the wrong part more than once due to propping up the Buffet counter not noticing where we were.

    Great video! Did you also film the Western charter on the same day because we saw the drone flying, from the window of that train? Second question - is the sound (on drone footage) added during editing or how do you prevent the noise from drone engines? Thanks 👍
