Barre Full Body Express Workout with Dumbbells for Beginners and Seniors || 20 minutes

- Great 20 minute express barre routine. Lots of effective moves and combinations are in this video to get a lot done for the full body in a short amount of time. Perfect for a quick break when you don't have a lot of time.
I'm using 3 pound hand weights, please use a weight that you are comfortable with, and as always go at your own pace. Have a sturdy chair ready that will serve as your "barre" a mantle or counter top works as well.
We will exercise all areas of the body including: thighs, glutes, shoulders, biceps, triceps and calves while also working on posture and balance for a long, lean, and lifted body. You will feel great and rejuvenated!

First time ever doing barre. Whew! Those leg lifts were so challenging! Fun to do movements I've never done before, esp. those ones with the weights. (Anne)

Hi Lauren - I just discovered this little bit older Barre routine. Absolutely love everything about this one - from the compound moves to the energizing music! I've added it to my Playlist (which is starting to overflow - Lol). This routine is perfect to add onto one of your dance routines. Love it!

Wanted to do barre this morning, so tried this shorter 20 min. one. It was a great workout - I was surprised that it was a sweaty one for me, because I normally get sweaty with weights or cardio. It was a short and sweet excellent workout. Thank you for your great workouts.

This is nice. I like the moves with the weights but can't lift the legs high.. Wooh, sweaty and feeling great!

Don't know if my left leg will ever talk to me again..... LOL !!!! Great workout Lauren !!!! I have the hardest time getting my legs "straight" in extensions when I am skating. I can tell this routine stretches and strengthens so I can improve. It also helps my posture. Sharing and saving ! Oh what kind of footwear are you wearing?
