    U shouldnt be forced to engage on the ground, slams should be pointed, voluntatly standups in the ground while engaging, guard pulling dq

      Judo for gi. Wrestling for no gi. Both need to be modified to work seamlessly in BJJ. The grip fighting, stance and movement give the judo guy an advantage in gi. Same for wrestling in no gi
