I just realized that other than the hardwork they put in dancing, singing, or even performing being an idol and keeping that image clean is actually super hard i respect them for their discipline. Sometimes when i look at them they inspire me for real cause in the end of the day they are the same thing as us HUMANS so big respect to them for this part.

These are good health tips, not at all like the kpop industry but good tips.
I snorted tho when you said trainees arent allowed to stay up late bffr. Its a well known fact they get 2-3 hours of sleep max because theyre expected to practice each skill for an additional 2 hours or so after classes.

I love junk food but still I don't gain weight and i pretty much stay the same
My sleep schedule is the worst but still i get 9 hours of sleep everyday

For singing, I advise you to hire a good teacher (I'm going to do this), and for rap, I advise you to memorize the lyrics, then rap slowly and when you're sure you're learning well, speed up

but what if a female K-pop idol gets their period and they need to workout? How do they deal with that? Or what if they get it on stage and get rlly bad cramps?? I have sooo many questions
Let us be honest many female idols have an unhealthy diet because of which one idol didn't even get her period for an entire year and being a female myself who doesn't workout/exercise at all except in school I don't get cramps but it depends on your comfort my personal opinion is that u can do exercises which u can be comfortable and reduce your time of doing it or don't do at all as nothing much can happen if u don't do for 4-5 days or if your comfortable do it as usual
They have unhealthy diets,busy schedule and they dance alot which causes most of the female idols period to stop
