We could also receive a coin when the record is broken. • incentivize playing vs simming. If I get two to three coins for playing the entire game, I’m more likely to play than sim. • Distinguish between player hall of fame and league hall of fame. Player cards in our hall should show what records they hold and if they’re in the league hall of fame.
I would settle if on Extreme mode if they made it so the defensive back never played 10 yards off of the line of scrimmage. I understand them having that for beginners, but that's an easy 10 yards for me.
I think what retro bowl needs is a game mode that is harder then hard mode but isn’t like impossible where every team has a 5 star offense and defense, like I want a mode where I can easily trash the bad teams but they can still maybe sneak a win but where when I play a 11-0 team I don’t just easily beat them.
I do this myself by limiting myself. If I play a good team I pretend everyone is getting locked down and except one player. So if I pick WR1 I'll only target him in the pass game. Hardest thing is when I pick TE1 as my only target because those are so slow if you play a 5* defense you'll get sacked by time the TE gets open on most intermediate to deep routes.
Impossible isnt even impossible, its painfully boring to play which is why i dont like playing it. It also ruins the special matchups (for me i went agaisnt the 49ers in normal and they had 5 star off and deff). It felt special to beat them
Yes cause i basically just have to limit my own roster and still can go undefeated. Impossible is boring once you realize you literally play the exact same team every game. One suggestion should be just make dynamic max harder. On dynamic 16, the max it goes up to, i once one the super bowl 43-0

I should not be able to draft a 1 star quarterback and he somehow manages to win 10-15 MVPs every single time. it's so annoying. getting too much rings is an easy fix (never update ur salary cap and boom it becomes 10x harder), but the mvps are really a killer.

RBC needs: - championship history, it doesn’t need to include the previous historical winners, just the winners from that save - A realignment feature, I get you can just rename teams but it would be dope if you could actually move them around, add a custom team to a conference, or an fcs team get promoted to Fbs - to be able to sim games - smart scheduling, rivalry weekend on the very last regular season game, or scheduling rivals from real life, for example, Iowa vs ISU, Florida vs fsu, WVU and Pitt, CU and Nebraska are all non conference rivalries that the game should recognize and schedule most years.

We need a lot more than you mentioned. Full offensive playbook would be a good start. Then they need to add defensive playability, preferably with a playbook as well.
Since the update, I haven't been able to finish a game of Retro Bowl College without the app crashing on me. Before this update, it only crashed on me like two or three times ever, over hundreds of seasons played. The original Retro Bowl crashed on me fairly regularly, but not College, so this is especially disappointing, and I hope it gets fixed soon.

I have 3 things that i think would be a cool update. 1 is that to make it online. And 2 is something i think would make you play BOTH retro games. If the company were able to connect college and nfl to make it where you can draft players from your college team to your nfl team. For example you’re a coach for georgia. Contact a nfl coach to draft him and in retro bowl draft the player. And 3 is to make a NEW retro bowl game called retro franchise. Where your can only play as one player but multiple choices. Like wr qb rb and players on defense. Control them by adding a joystick to move the players around.
Bruh GPA is so annoying sometimes. Usually it isn’t an issue, but I remember having one save where six players got suspended and I ran out of cc trying to get their GPAs up

you should be able to scramble with the qb it wouldn’t be that crazy as you can already move up down with ball carriers past the line of scrimmage so you should be able to throw at ANY time before the line of scrimmage which would go crazy

Devs already said multiple times on reddit that they have no plans to add defense mode.
Almost none of this is happening because the devs say they want to keep the game simple
