    Thank you so much for your work.
    Wow, never knew Gwagwalada is a seat of most governmental instuitions let alone expecting it to be this much developed.
    It's beautiful place. I think it's better planned and far much nicer than Kubwa. What's your thoughts about Apo resettlement area?
    Can you please show us that area?

    I love this video! I used to live in Gwagwalada a little over five years ago before I moved out of the country completely. I was trying to see what it looked like and this video very informative. Thank you for making this video. And great shots!

    The thing is that gwagwalada is far from town, it's about 40 - 60 mins drive to town

      Hopefully the planned railway track from Lokoja will pass through Gwagwalada and terminate at Idu.

    Thank you… just what I needed. So lugbe is closer to the city center than gwagwalada…land will be more expensive too

    I love your channel. And a bit jealous of the drone shots, as drones are mostly banned where I live lol

    • @DavidNkwa
      @DavidNkwa  Před 3 lety +1

      🤣🤣🤣 Thanks for watching, am sure the banned will not apply or be strictly implemented in every area in your country. So you could always find a way.

    Abuja as a big town needs standard development and pay attention to detail as the capital of Nigeria.

      @@DavidNkwa exactly..cos i would think Abuja generally would have same weather unless it a mountainous area that might be cooler..well good info cos i might start looking to buy a land there.

    My question is why is there very little real estate development in Gwagwalada when so many civil servants and their families have to live there? I mean good houses with good amenities like you find in other areas in Abuja

    • @DavidNkwa
      @DavidNkwa  Před rokem

      Because people buy land and build their own houses. No need for real estate.
      Although there is one or houses estate there
