Massive Horseshoe Tricep Workout (All Work Sets Shown)

  • Arms in bodybuilding can never be too big…..and its why I’ve been placing such a large emphasis on them. In today’s workout, I lead you all through one of the ways I have been growing my triceps.
    Its fast paced, lots of reps and MEGA PUMP!
    If you notice, we do a ton of cable work to ensure my elbows are more than warmed up, before heading over to the slight decline for skull crushers.
    This is an area I see far too many guys and girls screwing up…..the thought process is, “I have to hit this basic heavy exercise while I still have a ton of power and strength.” And yes, that is very logical…..but what you will find after a few years of doing this, you begin to develop elbow pain.
    Where if you follow this set up, your elbows will safe and you honesty wont sacrifice that much strength after your body adapts.

    Great video Cris. I do triceps on arm day and will be doing those combinations on Thursday after work , I love the kettlebell skull crushers I’ve seen gains by using them and easy on the joints. Got to get me one of those Vulcan straps ! Very best wishes. Jim Harrison. Cheshire UK.
