You need an International CV series. It’s got a 6.6 turbo Duramax paired with a butter smooth 10 speed automatic. Available in multiple configurations, best to check yourself
Buy the Ram 4500 4x4 Cummins with the bed of your choice, to include the possible stock dually bed, or an aluminum flat bed, whatever tickles your fancy. THEN get the 3rd gen Raptor or the TRX whichever is hottest next year and still keep the 4500 dually.
You can see Matt hurting it’s weird to see him like that too, like he’s always real uplifting and he was just givin out sad vibes

@@ajjohnson2232 Can somebody explain to me what is so cool about the 7.3L? From what I can tell it is just a simple pushrod, cam in block motor. It's output (at least it's peak outputs) is marginally better than GM's 6.2L L87. I would guess that the significantly larger displacement should have a fatter torque curve, but I don't know that for sure. I have looked in to it once or twice since Ford announced it because I just don't get it and I want to. I would be glad to have one, but I am not sure what there is to get so excited about. It is just a simple, large displacement pushrod V8 that makes about the power you'd expect. Maybe a little less.
@@F14Goose37 I think the main hype isn't that its necessarily better than a 6.2 but more a good Ford alternative to one that can do similar numbers, plus it's got a cool name so that probably holds some weight

Buy a dually but put it in Earl’s place right now as the work truck. Then daily Earl until the new Raptors come out. This way you have the dually for work and towing and have a daily that isn’t a pain to park.

Get the 3500 dually and wrap it with the Bunker logo and then daily Earl until the next gen Raptor. Then after you get it you can leave the 3500 for the Bunker's business truck. And you will still have a personal work truck

Personally, your looking for a daily driver, if you need to haul you need/have Earl, I personally would go for (based on your choices) the Raptor you don't sound like you want/need duals for your daily driver. And frankly you sound like you REALLY want a 3ed gen Raptor.

But he plays an exaggerated version of himself for his videos. That's what makes him funny. It's the whole point of his channel. From everything I've heard he seems like a pretty down to earth and reasonable person. I'd rather not judge someone on how they act in videos that are made to be over the top and overtly ridiculous.

TRX. You'll have to wait for a tuning company to bring the 3rd gen raptor anywhere near the TRXs performance. (Not just HP but the vast amount of modifications made by ram to crush the raptor in every scenario) Take for example the release of the demon. Absolutely no response from other OEMs. Doubt there will be one now.

Get the 2020 RAM 3500 (the 2020 fixed many of the 2019's issues) and trade it in for the 3rd gen Raptor when nice-ish low mileage ones hit the market by mid/late-2022 if you're still liking the specs on it vs the RAM 3500.

I would buy like 2016-2018 3500 Cummins because they’re not going to be that expensive and then wait until the next raptor comes out so at the end you would have a 1-ton truck and a really nice daily driver
