Awesome job speed painting the Archer unit. I like the 90s style of painting. Happy modeling.
Bill
Thank mate. Yeah im loving the 90s style at the moment
Well done, nice blue shades!
Cheers Phil
Cracking Job on the archers Jonny
Cheers mate 😀
Excellent work Jonny! I think once I'm through with these Oathmark Wolf Riders I might take a cheeky Warmaster detour before continuing with the Romans :D
I mean I love Romans but a cheeky detour never hurt anyone ;)
Great end result. The red bows and standard really make them pop.
Cheers mate. Yeah I love that 90’s look
Lovely work Jonny, unfortunately wet to small for my old eyes now days, lol, thanks for the tips, all the best, Garry
Haha cheers Garry. Yeah they are quite small lol
Nice paint tutorial. They are lovely figures. Gorgeous work. :)
Ahh cheers mate :)
lovely work! Makes me want to start that 10mm kings of war army sooner than I wanted to lol
Haha do it!!! I’m really enjoying 10mm scale at the moment
Very nice, makes me want to get back to my Wood Elves. Still have to paint more than enough of them 😅
Ahh thank you. Yes you deffo should get back to them and get them on the table 😜
Great work mate
Cheers Leon
Nice work mate.
Ahh thank you 🙏
You make it look so easy, you are going to end up with a fantastic looking force.
Ahh cheers mate. To be fair the models make it nice and easy :) yeah cant wait to have the army done :)
Nice work Jonny. 👍
Ahh cheers mate :)
Thank you, I was just getting ready to paint these when this video came up in my feed!
Ha really. Well I hope it has helped to inspired you to get them painted lol. 😀
Nice painted
Yeah they are really easy to paint 😀
Awesome stuff! Ive had the Warmaster rules knocking about on a shelf for years, might have to give it a look once I've completed some projects.
Yeah do. Id love to see you take on the painting of them :)
Been looking at the excellent miniatures skaven lately - I have a large force of pendraken elves that need an opponent.
All I can say is go for it! Yes they are not cheap, but DAMN! are they worth the money!!!
Great!
Thank you 🙏
They look fantastic! How thick of bases are you using? Looking forward to more Warmaster
Cheers Dan, Sorry mate do you mean the thickness of the bases I base them on? If so its 2mm thick from Warbases
@@JonnyWatsonGaming yep that’s what I was wondering. Thanks!!
I just got in some 10mm Warmaster models to do an army for both me and my wife, really enjoyed watching your painting videos for 10mm they all look fantastic. What ratio do you think you are thinning your paints to for something of this scale? I know that's a bit of a hard thing to quantify. The faces make me so nervous I'm going to have it too thick and lose detail on them. I should have bought a few test models as well haha.
Ahh soo cool you are getting into 10mm its such a great scale to game. I would say no more than 1 water to 2 paint. But it will really be a personal choice. I know some people that will glaze their 10mm miniatures lol... Personally I prefer a consistency that I can control but not so thin you need to spend hours getting a good coverage on the model. Its my opinion that gaming at a scales less than 15mm is about speed and getting the troops painted and on the battle field. Good luck and let me know how you get on.
This was relaxing to watch.
What was the song in the background by the way ?
Thank you :) it is just a free song from the CZcams Audio library. Ill get the name for you if your are interested?
