Highly recommend doing an activity that you enjoy to "burn calories" because that will keep you consistent (in addition to these exercises). Just know that diet plays a huge part in calorie department
Whenever I get done with a set of the QLs, I feel like my hip rotation is very powerful, even when just walking. It’s a great feeling. I haven’t had that feeling with any other exercise I’ve ever done.

Good to see this. I’ve been focusing on QL and back lately as ageing reveals neglected areas, yet hadn’t considered focusing on lower back before. Have been focused on lower rather than upper since it’s relatively easy to develop upper - and being female, distribution is a bit different. 2x on lower and equal on mid and upper.
i remember when you first started posting on here and the jefferson curl and the atg split squat completely solved my mobility problems and low back pain. taking the idea of mobility first through all of my training has kept me injury free this whole time. the only injury i've ever had in this time was my left hamstring when i checked if i could do the splits out of the blue. (i could do it once, not twice)

How can I train and get strong with a chronically swollen meniscus? I’m 64. Prior to the pandemic, I was incredibly physically fit. Great info as always but I can’t help but notice you seem to have dropped like 5 percent in body fat over the past couple months with out losing any muscle. Not sure if it was intentional for you, but you just inspired me while I’m on my cut right now trying to lose the last 5%. Freaking shredded

That’s a great compliment because he’s a tremendous creator. I believe in STRENGTH and flexibility in harmony. Lacking strength can be a MAJOR problem for the knees, back, and longevity. That’s a great start! I would say reverse sled is something you can do daily as long as it is pain-free and not diminishing your progress.
