    You have no idea how many people you have helped. I’ve broken legs three times have three metal plates and two dozen screws in my legs. Your stretch and strength exercises have given me back mobility. I may never be 100% but I’m getting better all the time.

    Highly recommend doing an activity that you enjoy to "burn calories" because that will keep you consistent (in addition to these exercises). Just know that diet plays a huge part in calorie department

    Whenever I get done with a set of the QLs, I feel like my hip rotation is very powerful, even when just walking. It’s a great feeling. I haven’t had that feeling with any other exercise I’ve ever done.

      Definitely similar yes! Strengthens the back through a resisted position, not allowing it to bend and lengthens the hamstrings!

    Good to see this. I’ve been focusing on QL and back lately as ageing reveals neglected areas, yet hadn’t considered focusing on lower back before. Have been focused on lower rather than upper since it’s relatively easy to develop upper - and being female, distribution is a bit different. 2x on lower and equal on mid and upper.

    i remember when you first started posting on here and the jefferson curl and the atg split squat completely solved my mobility problems and low back pain. taking the idea of mobility first through all of my training has kept me injury free this whole time. the only injury i've ever had in this time was my left hamstring when i checked if i could do the splits out of the blue. (i could do it once, not twice)

    Bruh, stretching and mobility training was honestly the greatest thing I've ever done for myself. Had chronic pain in my hips, knees and back as a teen (it was bad!) and literally all the pain I had is gone. Been stretching almost daily for years now and goodness me... Just do it guys. The breathtaking, horrible pain goes away after a week or two and it just feels GREAT

    How can I train and get strong with a chronically swollen meniscus? I’m 64. Prior to the pandemic, I was incredibly physically fit. Now I’m 15 pounds heavier and the swollen meniscus, which I’ve had for almost 6 months, has gotten only marginally better after physio, acupuncture and no vigorous exercise or walks longer than 15 minutes. Your physically fit 70 year old mother is an inspiration!

    Hello Ben I have osteoarthritis on left hip was trying to do L sit progression and my left leg/hip is weak can’t lift it. Any suggestions? I appreciate all your videos - started walking backwards and notice a difference on my left knee pain.

    What about a slipped disc becoming aggravated from the hanging knee raises? A variation with a pull up bar that doesn't necessarily require lower back rounding, or how to bullet proof the lower back so rounding it with the movement doesn't exacerbate/flare up the slipped disc injury?

    I own a Shogun Mr. Infinity sled. I pull it backward with a load of 130 pounds once a week, covering a distance of 1-2 miles. Given my current weight of 190 pounds, is this amount of exercise adequate or excessive

      That’s a great start! I would say reverse sled is something you can do daily as long as it is pain-free and not diminishing your progress.

      If the walking causes pain, make sure you use assistance and find a level you can walk pain-free. Even if those steps are small, they can still make progress!

    Great info as always but I can’t help but notice you seem to have dropped like 5 percent in body fat over the past couple months with out losing any muscle. Not sure if it was intentional for you, but you just inspired me while I’m on my cut right now trying to lose the last 5%. Freaking shredded

      That’s a great compliment because he’s a tremendous creator. I believe in STRENGTH and flexibility in harmony. Lacking strength can be a MAJOR problem for the knees, back, and longevity. I hope he continues to observe and practice the strength methods I teach, because they would flow well from his flexibility base.
