Yes and no. Mexico already has a Texan revolt so that's un-needed. A Mormon card would be interesting though. Maybe it doubles the xp rate of Meeting Houses and/or makes the techs free? The only USA revolt that would make sense is a CSA one and that's about as likely as AOE Mobile being good. (Even if it did happen, it would just be a resign button that costs 3k resources)

You need Long Rifles for your Marines, it gives them 16 range which makes it way easier to compensate for the lack of artillery.
