Yesterday I bought this plugin, so I'm still learning how to use it in my projects. It will be very useful ... Greetings from Brazil!

Hi Karl! I have been following your ArchViz Explorer project and let me tell you this is freaking awesome, really. I have a question.. do you think people can use UE4 to make an HTML5 BIM viewer? Where you can upload models from Revit or IFC (perhaps with Unreal Studio functionality) and make visualizations on the web?

      Hey Juan,
Thank you for the nice words and sorry for the late reply. We did not receive any notification.
It should be possible but would require a lot of optimization. You wouldn't be able to use all features. Also, Unreal's Html projects are still very large in size. Could you be so nice and write us an email, so we can send you a version to test it out?

      Hey Mike,
We answered your question on the Marketplace page but I paste the answer here as well.
"... it depends on the project. Did you make changes inside the Blueprints that come with ArchViz Explorer?
If so, I would suggest you to backup your current project first.
Then migrate the new ArchViz Explorer "Realistic_01" Level into the content folder of your current project.
After that, you can replace the Blueprints you made changes on, from your backup file..."

This is Super Awesome. If i purchase the project file, will i be able to swap the building to my own building, and the environment too?
And for the Menu, is it customisable? Will you guide me if i have trouble customizing them? Thank you

      @KarlDetroitCG  Před 3 lety

      Hey Andreas,
      Thank you for your interest!
You will need to do build them in an external application like 3dsMax and Infraworks.
The menu is customizable but it requires some basic Blueprint knowledge.
I can provide you with an older version, so you know what to expect. Just write us a short mail: contact@karldetroit.com

@@KarlDetroitCG HI Karl, thanks for the explanation. Yes my main modeling tool is 3DS Max. So in this case I guess is do-able.
About the older version, thanks in advance, I will drop you an email.
      Have a good day.
      Regards,
      Andereas

      Hey Rahul,
      Thank you for your interest!
You can see the updates/roadmap by going through the images in the marketplace page. The next update will include:
      - Complete overhaul of the touch controls. The current system has issues with some Microsoft and Dell devices.
      - Improved gallery navigation and new video player features (e.g. time ruler, pause and mute).
      - Various Blueprint and UI improvements.
