  • In today's episode, I share my experience of The Speed Project, one of the toughest, grittiest, and most disruptive races. We gathered six runners who had never worked together before to participate in an unsupported 300-mile relay race through some of the most unforgiving terrains in the country. The course was full of inclines and declines, with thousands of feet of elevation gain and loss through mountains and deserts, and we had to plot our own route with precision and speed. This was an unparalleled experience for me, and I can't wait to share some of the stories that came out of it with you all. Enjoy!

I ran TSP this year on an all women's team, 6 women. We ran the OG route, 340 miles. We finished 1st in womens division 48hrs 22mins .

I'm just getting back to running after an almost 2 year lay off due to a stubborn case of plantar fasciitis! It feels fantastic to be running again! It's not an ultra, but I just recently signed myself and my twin daughters up for the San Antonio Rock and Roll half marathon! Really looking forward to it and also really looking forward to the speed project film as well! They do a great job putting those short films and documentaries together. I've learned a lot about film making by just watching their work when it comes to my videos.

Just subscribed. Been watching your other channel over the past month while doing cardio as it’s motivational. Interestingly I found BPN via Sally’s channel. I can’t run more than 5-7 miles, but watching Ultra Runners and what they endure is inspiring.

I ran both of the BPN Go One More marathons, and they put on an amazing experience. I sadly didn't win a lottery spot for the 50 miler, which would have been cool to run my first 50 as the BPN one 😢
