what you could do instead of going thru the art of the tiny chocolate chip droplets......you could spread it out very thin on parchment paper and then take a big knife and just chop it into little tiny pieces. I have severe carpal tunnel in both hands and severe nerve damage in my upper spine which affects my entire upper body. I am type 2 diabetic so i am going to use Stevia or monk fruit sweetener instead. thank you!
