    뚜쥬루는 진짜 ㅇㅈ임. 뚜쥬루가 90년대 초반에 설립한 원조 빵집이고, CJ에서 빵집 런칭할 때 뚜쥬루를 아예 인수해서 시작하려고 했는데 뚜쥬루 측에서 거절하는 바람에 이름 비슷하게 뚜레쥬르로 런칭해버림ㅋㅋㅋ 완전 상양아치 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 그래서 소송까지 갔는데 천안 지역에 15년동안 뚜레쥬르 못 들어오게 합의 봤음. 뭐 지금이야 15년 지나서 천안에 뚜레쥬르 생겼지만 몇년 전만해도 진짜 천안에 뚜레쥬르 매장 찾기가 힘들었음. 자세한 건 나무위키에서 뚜쥬루 검색해보셈. 지금은 진짜 천안에서 제일 잘 나가는 넘버원 빵집 됨.

      soo lee 가봤음.... 진짜 이때까지가봤던빵집중에사도 제일맛있었음..... 천안에서가아니라그냔 국내에서도 경쟁력있는...... 개맛있음 거북이빵아이럽유 버터향부터다름

    I’ve had this before and the taste of it still remains vividly in my head. For those who are wondering, this cake has a very sweet caramel taste to it and the outer layer (brown part) has a nice charred taste. You can peel off the layers but it’s a bit difficult as the cake is fragile and breaks easily. Overall it’s really soft and moist and I would give it a 8/10 . The only downside is that it is a little too sweet for my liking. But I really depends on your preference :) I hope this helped

      맞아요ㅠㅠ 얼핏 보면 기계가 다 하는 것 같지만 옆에서 지켜보면서 반죽 순환시키고 끄트랑머리만 두툼해지는 거 방지하려고 반죽 덜어내주구..ㅠㅠ 맛있는데 잘 안 보이는 게 정말 아쉽습니다..

      @외와 참고로 뚜쥬류가 먼저 생기고 뚜레쥬르는 원래 사용 못하는건데 뚜쥬루에서 사용 할 수 있게 협조해줬습니다~

    If any of you are curious as to what it tastes like, my brother has tried it before. He said that it tastes like that caramelized layer that you get at the bottom of those grocery store sheet cakes, but better (higher quality ingredients) and much more buttery, as the entire cake.

    The procedure of making this cake is so complicated, they custom build a few different machines just for this cake, still, there is a chef to control each layer. The hard work of this chef made the cake so perfect! Each cut is so accurate! Bravo!
    It’s an art of work and big heart for the customers! Salut to the chef!

      Everything here is automated so that product consistency doesn’t falter.
      My prob with these setups is that since they are now capable of producing in vast quantities, the price should reflect that. $10 usd for a cake this size considering it’s ingredients and processing is what I’m expecting. If it’s more than that then nah for me tyvm.

      @@jonathannocon In the Ohio, a basic rectangle cake with icing and nothing special goes for $12 to $15 at Walmart. Party sized cakes for about 20 people go for double that. These fancy cakes in this video could easily go for a similar price, or even more considering the novelty of how they're made; even more if they're touted to be posh, high class items with deep cultural roots.
      Personally I'd buy one as a tourist and share it with family for fun, but that's about it. If I were a local, maybe buy one on a special occasion.

      chainer8686 That’s actually very similar if not, Ohio sounds a little bit less cheaper compared to my neck of the woods (Melbourne Australia).
      We have something similar to this now tho being sold at a recent Japanese Giggly Cheese Cake bakery, only difference I’d imagine is perhaps flavour and presentation. Those too sell for around as much as shown in this vid.
      We’ve had multiple popup stores like these show up and relatively shutdown sooner that later.
      In Japan this makes sense I guess but something like this at it’s price shown here in Australia would be a novelty thing similar to how Krispy Kreme turned out.
      I too would probably try this once or twice (if I liked it) but beyond that I doubt it, ‘tis simply a touristy/novelty thing imo. Hence they see little to no love from locals that end up spreading the word around when a new shop opens up over here.
      I just personally don’t like seeing companies banking huge amount of profits over something that everyone should be able to access all year round if need be (we have a few of those here already so more isn’t welcome I guess). Even more so when it’s something as simple as this recipe from the looks of it. Considering when these companies can also achieve success without ripping off their consumers is all. But I guess they prefer a big payday rather than a stretched out aka long term business here at least.

      @@jonathannocon I think a bakery which sell "Baumkuchen" (thats the german name for it) all year would doing great here in Germany because its only available from september to christmas (in september the selling of christmas related things starts). But on the other hand it would be sad because its a traditional christmas cake here. And its not cheap. Even the industrial manufactured ones with around 250g are like 4 or 5€.

      @@Luciele That sounds like a few specialty bakeries we now have here.
      They sell for an obscene amount of price for some reason.
      They start off well for the sheer fact that they are new and everyone wants to try it then the next thing you know they expand/franchise statewide & nationwide within a couple of years.
      But since the pandemic, almost all but the original bakeries have now been shut down or in the process to at least.
      For example, there’s this one particular Chinese bakery called ‘Bread Top’ here that started their practises well enough, then as soon as they expanded. The price and quality, price, etc... of their products suffered greatly which doesn’t get unnoticed so they started closing some of their bakeries and now only have a smattering few left which almost no one here supports (except the die hard supporters ofc) due to the many faults of their own doing.
      Sad part is that they now qualify for government business support here due to recent pandemic crisis government support so a few survived due to the help of that policies recently but only by just a thread.
      Most if not all businesses where I’m from only do well with the collective help of the locals and government aids. Especially if they want to stay for the long run.
      There are a few that doesn’t follow that typical formula but instead operate underground aka barely legally that do relatively well considering. But even they’ve learnt the hard way the importance of ‘fair price in exchange of a fair product(s) ‘ which imho aught to be common sense by now.
      So small businesses such as bakeries like shown in this video really have to work hard and complacently to achieve long term success.

      not when you see the massive flaw in their hygiene.
      this one guy handles the racks barehanded and then gloved hands touch the same place on the rack but those same freshly contaminated gloves proceed to bathe this cake in filth while they handle the cake. It's nasty!

      거북이빵은 모카번?같은 맛인데 겉은 바삭하고 안에가 정말 촉촉해요!(다음날 전자레인지에30초돌려도수분을머금고있어요!)
      녹차인절미슈는 맛으로 표현못할 독특함과 고소함을 가지고있어요! 정말 특이한데 정말 맛있어요..녹차싫어하는 제 친구도 좋아하더라고요!
      그리고 앙버터도 맛있습니다ㅠㅠ 개인적으로 팥 별로 안좋아하는데 뚜쥬루 팥은 진짜 최고..(뚜쥬루에서 직접 팥앙금을 만든다고 들었어요!)

    As a German person I went a few times to Asia and found it really interesting that you love our "Baumkuchen" so much. The word itself is German and means tree cake (because the cake look's like tree rings ). Personally I found that it is a high priced product in Asia, you get one ring for like 1 Euro in Asia and in Germany you get the whole cake for like like 2.60 Euro.
    The original taste is dry (we also call the pastry "Sandteig" which means "sand pastry"), and normaly we use a thin layer of dark chocolat on the outside.
    Funfacts: It is also called in Germany and Austria the king of cakes and was one or even the hardest cake and only made by professional master confectioners and was made layer by layer over open flames and was the symbol of the master confectioners.

      @@linhphuong6847 For us it is like a sijmple cake today and not so famous anymore but you can buy it in the big supermarkets. I don't know why it became so famous in some Asian countries but i would say that in Germany the marble cake (Marmor-Kuchen) is much more known compared to the Baumkuchen.

    Did you know that Baumkuchen is a German food? Baumkuchen means something like Treecake in English because of the ring shape. Very interesting.

    얇게 여러번 구워서 그런지 촉촉함 0에 퍽퍽함만 가득하고 겉에 살짝 바른게 단맛의 끝이기 때문에 퍽퍽한 케익질감의 식빵같은 느낌을 맛볼수 있음. 80년대에나 신기해서 먹을 법한 케잌이 아직도 팔리고 있는게 신기함.

    Btw you might have seen this in other forms. Like in Germany, don't know about other countries, it's common to give them a "bark" which is a chocolate layer with a variation of usually milk chocolate or dark chocolate. You can btw also find lots of recipes online where it's horizontally layered if someone wants to try that.

    썸네일이랑 제목만 보고 어디서 많이 본 빵인거같다 생각하고 들어왔는데 뚜주르쌀케이크네요 ㅋㅋㅋ... 딱 보면 별맛 안날것같은데 먹어보면 맛있어요.
    근데 맨날 사먹기만했지 만드는건 처음보네요

      This is me with donuts. We had a Dunkin donuts branch near and since my friends recommended it, I went there with my dad. We ended up getting six different donuts because of some discount offer. I was in fourth grade that time. I ate a donut, and found it to be too sugary and disgusting ( don't remember which type of donut it was ) and ended up throwing the whole box in the bin. I still wince everytime I remember this

    검색 해보니 절단한거 한덩이에 16000원 이군요.
    정성에 비해 저렴 하네요.

      상자포장은 16000원이고, 제가 먹은 비닐포장은 14600원이었어요^^
      그리고, 그 외에도 더 작은것도 있고 더 큰 포장도 있더군요

    케이크도 케이크지만 기계들이 장난 아닌데요. 다 일일이 설계하고 개발한건가요 아니면 해외에서 수입한 걸까요

      잘은 모르지만, 바움쿠헨이 독일 등 유럽쪽 케이크니까 돌아가고 굽는 그 기계는 아마 외국에서 개발한 기계일거에요
