(Of course, doing it with a controller will work no matter what, but the issue is the KB combo.)
Hold Shift while on Main Menu. Press space and it'll proceed to New Game. Do WASDRIEF while holding Shift. It should work. Buddy and I were testing this out and found holding space while doing it stops it from working.

It's easy to evade all three!! Try to lure the first one like walk towards it and then turn around as the ganado lunges at you and then the 2nd one should lunge behind the first then run past those 2 the third does the same as the other 2!

Who else is hoping that Cheat Codes will be in the main game? I miss the days when you could input an arcane sequence of button presses on a controller to unlock Big Head Mode on NBA Jam.
For XBox (console or using Xbox controller on pc), it's pretty much the same: LB1 + RB1 (not the triggers) + DPAD U-L-D-R and then X-Y-B-A-A. I've verified it works.

My comment will probably get buried but, I've tried doing the (Playstation) inputs with my controller on PC and it worked right off the bat. Then proceeded to play with Keyboard and Mouse as usual. Those wondering the PC code should try that if possible.
it's weird for me it didn't work at all on pc at the beginning, I tried with keyboard and controller I really had a hard time unlocking the mode, now I can do it consistently everytime with the controller and keyboard.

@Ali Hamza Idk man, I haven't played a game that had a "GTA cheat code" since GTA IV came out like a decade ago. They could have have it unlocked after you clear the demo. Anyways, the button sequence isn't that hard to memorize at least. Counterclockwise starting from up, clockwise starting from Square + 1 X while holding the shoulder buttons.
UPDATE -- Apparently the inputs for keyboard are Hold shift+space then press W A S D R I E F

Sadly it seems you need a controller for it :( it's not confirmed tho, so you could possibly try to figure out the keyboard inputs!
