I sawed this medic in half and repaired it only using flex tape (Phill Swift 2018)

My local department does that, have a firefighter dressed as santa stand in the bucket of the Tower and they drove around an apartment complex lights and sirens

Great video ocean just curious why do the fire fighters have body cams? It’s a cool thing on the uniforms
Unfortunately I didn't have a choice, so we had to roll with it that night. Our server Dev changed up the EUP pack we use, so my normal radio attachment got turned into a body cam with my uniform save file. Patrol had already started so I wasn't going to go through all my saves and change them.

The train horn is actually in the vanilla GTA V resident folder and is for the in-game train from singleplayer. I don't know the file name, sorry, but it is one of the larger sound files if you order them from largest to smallest. Just rename it to the fire apparatus horn name and you're good to go!

Nope, never was one. The lights on the box right above the cab are the lights. Google enough ambulance photos and you'll see ones just like that.
