Im surprised you dont remember Carlo, but the Everlast Elite hook and loop training gloves (the first edition of the Elite velcro gloves) also have that curvature in the cuff of the glove. I remember because the blue Everlast Elite hook and loop training gloves were my first $100+ pair of gloves.
Our curvature in the cuff of the glove can make throwing punch smoothly, especially in upper cut.
Without losing too much wrist support.

does this impressive grip bar kinda contribute to "more" protection and power? I ask because I actually am already dependent on my hand grenades, cant get a workout without 'em and this glove intrigues me. How much dead space does this 16s have?
In terms of hand positioning it helps, so you’re naturally in better position to land properly. Also helps with with less hand fatigue since the position is optimal.
Have you tried Grace Gears gel knuckle guards they come with a nice gel grip bar too 👍
