I've got both Starlink and Fenyx Rising on Switch and I would agree, both games are SO good! Will be getting the Fenyx Rising DLC soon and next time I play Starlink I'll get one of the digital weapon packs and try to 100% the game. Be a lot of fun.

I would have put Ori in the S it really one of the best games I have played in any console. Such an experience to play it. From the music, to the gameplay, everything.
I agree. It's definitely just because I love metroidvanias but Ori, Hollow Knight, and Metroid Dread are all 3 easily side by side in the top of S for me. Surpassing even BOTW which was my favorite game for a while and I still love it

@@Seriesfan1 felt the same way about BOTW, not sure why but could never get into it. Games are subjective but its always strange to find yourself on the other end of the established opinion about a game
Hollow knight drew me in immediately from the sound, the art, the mysterious story line and once i got hooked after a single mini boss fight.
What youâre missing about Kirby is the insane amount characters, way too many for that easy of a game. Also the insanely high amount of different combos and move sets for each character which to me felt psycho because itâs an easy and short game. Anyway love ur vids!

Zelda BOTW is always an easy S+ game. Why? I mean come on, 2017 until now, the players are still there experimenting new things and discoveries are bottomless. Definitely worth it
Botw is not the best switch game or the best Zelda game. It is the best GAME ever lol
I don't get why people think BOTW is great as it's nothing but a half-baked single player MMORPG without the RPG and other players. MMORPG had huge open world so you had to walk everywhere so everything took time. It's sad the framerate in BOTW is just as bad as MMORPG when the game had too many players in a giving area.
Elder Scrolls Skyrim is basically a single player MMORPG that allows you to go anywhere by leveling up all the enemies according to the player's level. It makes leveling up basically pointless.
This is one of the downsides of "freedom" of this open worlds. Thankful there are mods to help make Skyrim better especially help make dragon tough as dragons.

@@Andree1x That's basically what Elder Scrolls RPG are. You didn't notice the similarities?
Morrowind was closer to MMORPG where it had higher leveled areas. Starting with Oblivion they started dumb down the mechanics for "freedom" by allowing the player go pretty much anywhere by having all areas level up with the player. It doesn't take long to realize that "Leveling up" your character is actually a bad thing as it makes the game harder but instead you focus on getting the best equipment. (they were at least mods to help bring back some of the challenge)
BOTW is even more dumb down in the name of freedom as more modern gamers wants instant gravitation. Even MMORPG have been seriously dumb down and made easier in order to please the demand of instant gravitation.
@@smidlee7747 never played those games I just think botw is fun to explore, itâs got good music during fights, good graphics and a pretty good story. Iâm sort of a casual gamer though I play like stardew, AnimalCrossing, undertale, subnautica, Celeste, Minecraft, etc so I donât really know. For me I like that it isnât too hard but itâs not too easy (except for Ganon fight lol but thatâs ok I wasnât expecting like genocide route sans or something.) I think its just a relaxing game to play and I like how it is kind of guided but only a little. It was just really fun :)

I have over 1000 hours with ARMS and love the game to death. Nintendo wanted to create a unique 3D arena fighter, and they succeeded with ARMS. It's a shame that ARMS is misunderstood by many just because they keep comparing it to Smash Bros. The game might not be everyone's cup of tea, but it ain't bad like people on the internet make it out to be.
I really like Arms as well, it was a thinking mans game, in my opinion. Kinda little like a complex Rock Paper Scissors

Honestly, I love monster Hunter stories 2, I played the original with low expectations but found myself enjoying it quite a bit, and then this sequel is so much better in so many ways. Also, itâs getting a bunch of free content updates which is nice and I hope we get some big DLC for it later down the line.

First of all, I played Starlink for a while and really gave it a chance.
It looks amazing, plays amazingly, great characters, BUT ...
It is very repetitive and you need a lot of characters, ships and weapons to unlock a lot of the upgrades and actually have fun.

I never played Pokémon before and I have a switch now, anyone have suggestions on what game I should start with? Should I play that remake for the switch?
It was one of the pokemon games I was super excited about but could not hold my interest. I got alot further in Let's go Eevee then Pokemon Sword. I put alot of the blame on Hopps for being super annoying.
My rope three games for the Switch: Stardew Valley, this is my most played game on switch with over 300 hours on it, itâs just such a great game. Hades, my second most played game on Switch with over 200 hours, I love the inclusion of Greek mythos without it I wouldnât have put in as much time. Fire Emblem Three Houses, my third most played game with over 150 hours, the characters are great and I like how the combat plays out.

The assassins creed black flag port has got to be 1 of the best looking ports. Its also in my opinion 1 of the best assassin creed games made. I got rouge and black flag in the bundle on offer, well worth it.
I feel your missing out on the competitiveness of Mario tennis. I always love the bracket online system I honestly think it would make every other game so much better if they implemented that

1 2 Switch is a great way to entertain young kids for a couple of hours. Quick Draw and Fake Draw seem to be my niece and nephew's favorite. But I do agree that it is over priced for what it is so I got it used.
I personally love A Hat in Time. It's a decent platformer but I honestly love the dialogue alot. But I can respect your opinion on it.
A Hat in Time is awesome. One of my favorite 3D platformers, and definitely one of my favorite games of the generation.
Its awful, horrible pacing, horrible visuals, lag, bad controls, bad level design, awful âfree roamerâ awful character development for everyone but Snatcher, horrible dlc, lots of bugs, take my entire switch space, takes a lot to load, is just the most expensive dissapointment Ive played
@@cinnamonpanda6040 Well you played the Switch version which is unanimously considered the worst version. Of course it has technical problems.
That said, horrible controls and level design I just don't see it. She gets a lot of air time which helps you be more accurate when judging jumps. And the level design accommodates for all of her movement options without expecting you to be a master. It's very appropriate difficulty. No character development...in a cutesy action platformer. I have to ask what were you expecting? That's like hating Cuphead for not having a first-person mode. It's not there because that's not what the game is about. You're not gonna complain about Mario lacking character development (unless it's an RPG). Also the DLC is arguably better than the main game. At least, Nyakuza Metro is.

Have to fight for what I believe in, my friend got 1 2 switch for Christmas 2017 and we played the crap out of that thing every day. I got it for Christmas 2018 and it continues to be one of my favorite and my familyâs favorite games on the switch, just takes us back to the Wii U days.

Am getting a Nintendo switch when its Christmas this helped Me alot to think wich game ÄŻ should get!
First time getting into Nintendo and needed some guidance so I'm not lost, I'm coming from PC and in the past being either an Xbox or PS player. Usually shooting games are what I gravitated to, FPS that were online. But with all the cheating happening in FPS games online, I just can't bring myself to enjoy them how I used to. Deciding to try Nintendo out for myself for the first time in my life (I've played Nintendo games at friend's houses, but never had a Nintendo system myself). Managed to order one finally. I'll be starting off with Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Animal Crossing before building my library. Thank you for the video!

Yeah I agree with BOTEZ. Iâd be willing to bet that if you polled most Switch owners on what the #1 game theyâd recommend if it could only be one, the consensus would be Breath of the Wild. Especially with your prior experience and taste in games I feel like BOTW is much better suited for you. Plus there is no better bang for your buck. Truly the most impressive, polished, satisfying, and challenging game (in only the best ways) Iâve ever played.
Pokémon and Animal Crossing are also excellent choices but I feel like BOTW is a better introduction into what gaming is like on the Switch.
Monster Hunter Rise, Hades, Dead Cells, and Animal Crossing are certainly games I would get first if i was in your position. But Zelda: BOTW is 100% a must-play
@@vinsoid8485 ooh yes! Those are good too. Still got to get around to picking up Monster Hunters Rise. Still working on Hades now. He really canât go wrong with any of those games. I just like Zelda as a suggestion since it really seems to have something for everyone.

Tetris Effect is amazing on VR
The assassins creed ports, bioshock remastered collection, and assassins creed 3 remastered are all great games. The resident evil games run real smoothly as well. Nba2k22 is a great port, it runs at 30 fps but is a great time killer, and I can literally take a dump while I play. Destroy all humans runs great too!
The assassin's creed ports are truly underrated! Great story, big open world and it runs pretty well! LOVED IT

Soo I'm planing to get a nintendo switch next week but I still dk what game to get my budget is two 60 dollar games and I'm thinking of animal crossing and pokemon sword. Pls recommend me games other than zelda breath of wild, mario kart 8 and also which pokemon game is the best?
I've played so few games on my Switch. And none outside of it. I really wish I could sit down and play games different games more. There are so many really good ones.
Iâm glad u agree on hades being the best indie game cuz I thought from premise alone Iâd hate it but it became my most played game on my switch
There are a lot of equally great indies. Hades is easily one of the better games to come out recently. On Switch discounting Minecraft and Terraria especially Minecraft. People don't like to hear about Minecraft but it is really hard to deny it's impact on people. It is a very pure experience although it is hard to call it an indie game at its' core that is what it is.

I've enjoyed lots of games on Switch, but still nothing else has surpassed the fun I had with Breath of the Wild.
I played the heck out of Hades but it's not a switch exclusive, Monster Hunter Rise was really good, Astral Chain and Fire Emblem, Mario Odyssey of course... I'd still put BotW above them all.

I honestly havenât found many games that I enjoy on switch :( Iâve only gotten into animal crossing and botw. Iâm not into action games, and have never been into PokĂ©mon or Mario. I like games where you can go on quests, develop friendships with characters, really get into the story the game has. I love the quest aspect and story of botw and how much there is to explore, and I really donât mind fighting monsters in this game either. And acnh is just cute, I like decorating things lol.

Agree with 95% of your list and then you had to do Pikmin 3 Deluxe so low. Even with minimal upgrades that gameâs SSS for me!
